Focusing Solely on Cindy's Inconsistencies

Just wondering....do you think RN Cindy was just denying the very obvious 7 month pregnant, small-framed daughter to her brother, Rick at his wedding or was she denying it all together, even to herself?

I would really like to know the facts about the day Casey went into labor. Were they prepared? Did she have an obstetrician? Had she had any pre-natal care? All we know is that GA said the baby was first handed to Cindy, so therefore GA and CA had to have been there.

So, at least by the time she went into labor, somebody in the family was admitting she was pregnant. And prior to the birth, Jesse G was in the picture...for how long? He and his family knew she was pregnant? So why lie/deny to brother Rick?

If Cindy, the RN is blatant as to deny and lie about an obvious pregnancy, irrefutable evidence of sex (just like Casey denying the dog poop right in front of her) she will never, despite all the evidence admit to Casey killing Cayleel Never

I tend to agree with you, I doubt Cindy will admit publicly that Casey murdered Caylee...ever.

Cindy also denied the pregnancy to her co-workers when Casey was obviously far along, co-workers who are nurses like her. I know Richard G said Casey was obviously pregnant even before Jesse realized it, Casey was telling him she had "female problems". I don't know exactly when the pregnancy was public knowledge between Jesse and the A's, but the wedding happened when she was about seven months along.

Jesse receives a text message from Casey that says "I'm pregnant, you're the father" when she is pretty far along. My guess is that somehow Cindy was a key motivator in the sending of that message. My guess is that Cindy wanted that message sent before George was told about the pregnancy. I just don't think that message happened without a little help, suggestion from Cindy.

George says in an interview with LE that after they learned of the pregnancy (I think this is actually after George learned of it) they had a sonogram done.

I think Cindy was deeply ashamed to admit to Casey's pregnancy and that is why she lied to family, at the wedding, and co-workers. She wanted a father in the picture, at the least, when the news broke. Cindy is a fixer and she's trying to "fix" this murder the same way she did Casey's pregnancy, IMO.

I can easily see a counselor or psychiatrist telling someone to kick an adult child out of the house. If your children are harming you, physically, mentally or in whatever way negatively, it would be a reasonable thing to do.

I can't see a counselor using the words "kick them or Casey to the curb." but I can see a counselor suggesting "tough love" and suggesting maybe it was time for Casey to get a job and get her own place...be out on her own. If Cindy said she couldn't do that to Caylee it may have been mentioned that if Cindy was afraid for Caylee's safely or that she wasn't going to be taken care of she might think about filing for custody of Caylee. Or the counselor could have asked Cindy what she thought might be a solution to this problem. Cindy might have suggested Casey moving out on her own and her and George filing for custody of Caylee. Whatever might have been talked about it is obvious that Cindy didn't follow through. I'll bet Cindy wishes she had gone for custody now.

Sometimes I wonder if Cindy really wanted to raise Caylee. She worked and would have had to hire a sitter and then come home from work and take care of a baby. It just seems to me if Cindy was really concerned about Caylee she would have gone for custody. Maybe her threats were just that...threats. Maybe she was trying to get Casey to straighten up but it didn't work.

This thread is incredible. I was putting all of the CA comments in my head from the first interview with Greta she made almost a year ago. Can you imagine her being on the stand? Yeesh.

It is painful to think of Cindy on the stand, I'm tired, I'm hungry, I'm going to pass out, etc... What I can't imagine though is how much research, gathering video's, interviews, statements, the state will have to have ready when it's time to question her.

That's the one benefit of this painfully long drawn out time it's taking to get to trial-the SA should be more than ready and raring to go!:woohoo:

She probably took care of KC at home for prenatal care. Maybe KC was goin to the dr. CA just lied to Rick/her mother/her workers---just nobody outside the house could know. We really don't know this for a fact---do we? Poot--I don't know.

Maybe Cindy played Rod Stewart's "Reason to Believe" while Casey was in the womb. LOL You are right, the apple does not fall from the tree. I see so very much of Cindy in Casey. I love it when they try to use the word myself and how no one in that family understands the difference between imply and infer. Both Cindy AND Casey use the word misconstrue the same way. Jesse was smart to get scared when Casey switched from despising her mother to wanting to be just like her. Those feelings are day and night, so that was indeed quite a switch.

I do so want to go to the trial whenever that will be. I only want to attend when CA testifies, if that will be possible. I want to see and hear with my own eyes and ears what this woman has to say. I don't care what others testify to, not even KC, just CA. I don't know why I have this unbridled reaction to everything this woman says but I def want to see and hear her responses under oath. KC is hugh in this picture. I just can't fathom how CA, GA, or LA ever went along with the "she's not pregnant! what are you talking about? she has female problems" thing.....I can't get there. You would have to be mentally unbalanced to go along with that. Right??? I know I believe CA to have some big mental issues but GA and LA too? Or were the boys so afraid of not going along with mom that they just go along to get along? I don't understand. JMO

CA says when you have a child missing, you can't turn anyone away. Uh ok, but wasn't that CA who didn't want TES searching? Wasn't that CA who told N. Grace that she didn't want volunteers to show up to help TES search b/c they were searching for a dead Caylee? (Translation: They aren't doing want CA is telling them to do)

Honest to Goodness! I can't believe CA's shoulder isn't strained after that interview, patting herself on the back like that. Geesh! Talk about a martyr complex! JMO

Well and let's not leave good old GA out when it comes to passing down family traits or skill-sets - he always lards his interviews with erroneous details in strategic parts as if either giving plentiful information, or sheepish, "aw shucks, I don't know nuthin bout playing beer pong" or self-deprecating stories about Nigerian email scams, are both somehow going to either misdirect LE's attention by the appearance of ingenuous truth or to make them feel sorry he is so "stupid". KC inherited some very grifter-esque, manipulative traits from both parents and she was given a perfect laboratory in which to perfect her skills.

(whatever that means, lol)......Has anyone discovered from cell phone records if this statement is true.....did CA really call kahsey every evening/afternoon???????

In Casey's room there were pictures of Caylee plastered all over the walls. Some of them were sonogram pictures. So Casey had some type of prenatal care. I don't know how early on she started receiving care though.

JMO. Like you MAMABEAR, I think that the As just lied to everyone else about the pregnancy.
