Focusing Solely on Cindy's Inconsistencies

I'm sure this is already posted on this thread (no way could my fellow WS'rs miss this one) but when CA stated that she still washed Caylee's sheets everyday as usual I was shocked! Mostly because why would you? You have every reason to believe she will be coming back as per KC, they haven't been soiled so you'd be making unecessary work for yourself (something I doubt CA would do). That was just such a bizarre statement. If she thought Caylee was gone wouldn't she have wanted to save her sheets to save her smell? Something to hold on to that she was in contact with? Was she trying to appear like Martha Stewart on crack? This statement, coupled with the staging she did with the girls' rooms (the LE photos differ from the rooms' appearances on tv walk-thrus for networks/cable shows) just keeps me going "huh?"....

In Casey's room there were pictures of Caylee plastered all over the walls. Some of them were sonogram pictures. So Casey had some type of prenatal care. I don't know how early on she started receiving care though.

JMO. Like you MAMABEAR, I think that the As just lied to everyone else about the pregnancy.

Do we know where the theory that KC had no prenatal care came from? Or was it just assumption because they were denying the pregnancy? I agree that I think they knew and simply denied to truth to the world......sounds so familiar. CA's statement at Rick's wedding that KC wasn't pregnant is a huge discrepancy even though it's not related to Caylee's death. It's indicative that fairy tales were delivered and thought to be believed - so CA continues to deliver them and continues to expect her tales to be believed. KC followed her lead.

KC is hugh in this picture. I just can't fathom how CA, GA, or LA ever went along with the "she's not pregnant! what are you talking about? she has female problems" thing.....I can't get there. You would have to be mentally unbalanced to go along with that. Right??? I know I believe CA to have some big mental issues but GA and LA too? Or were the boys so afraid of not going along with mom that they just go along to get along? I don't understand. JMO

My family can't keep a secret from one weekend to the next, much less a pregnancy. My kids are grown and still love tellin' on each other.:crazy:

Oh, we discussed this weirdness forever on the initial general threads. I, personally, thought it was VERY bizarre...but believe it or not...others kinda understood it. Maybe now after all that's transpired over the year they would think differently...I still think I'd have left the bed alone...I would have put my face to the pillow every night trying to inhale Caylee's essence. I wouldn't want to lose that. I remember taking some of my mother's dresses after she died. Every once in a while I would take them out and smell them. I could still smell her perfume. I never did launder those dresses.

Oh, we discussed this weirdness forever on the initial general threads. I, personally, thought it was VERY bizarre...but believe it or not...others kinda understood it. Maybe now after all that's transpired over the year they would think differently...I still think I'd have left the bed alone...I would have put my face to the pillow every night trying to inhale Caylee's essence. I wouldn't want to lose that. I remember taking some of my mother's dresses after she died. Every once in a while I would take them out and smell them. I could still smell her perfume. I never did launder those dresses.

EXACTLY! You touch on a good point too about retrospect on this case. After reading some of the early posts on some of these threads its almost laughable some of the theories "we" (myself included) were coming up with! In light of new evidence some things look more clear and others are simply more baffling....

I wasn't sure where to post this, but in re-reading Tony's roommate's LE interview, I came across some more of Cindy's lies. The statements that Nathan L. says that Lee told them the night he shows up to get Casey's bag and laptop, totally conflict with what Cindy says in her depo with Morgan.

Excellent observation. You may be right. The financial problems may be entirely due to CA supporting KC and Caylee. In addition to that CA was getting ripped-off by KC.

Like the pregnancy story, they may have all known the truth in the immediate family, and told the lie to everyone else.

I have always thought this. Cindy is always trying so hard to minimize Caseys criminal behavior and stealing. She went ballistic in the depo about it. because John Morgan was totally calling her out on it. She got so angry cause it was all true. Think about it. If Casey was so good at check fraud, and had access to all her parents info, and knew how to work credit cards, how much she could have stolen with all that. She lived by stealing for 2 years! I dont believe all the theories that she had some secret job in the sex business, she is too d@mn lazy. She lived on her mother's $$ and anyone else she could steal from. And yes Cindy had to know what was going on but did NOTHING.

Yes, we did, I remember discussing my Dad's sweater and never to this day washing it. It is the only thing left of my Dad, now I have to imagine his cologne but at one time it did smell just like Dad. I wouldn't have washed those sheets for all of the money in the world.

I have a niece and on numerous occasions over this past year alone, I have had to pick her up from school, due to the fact I am the one with the most flexible schedule and can come and go, Prior to this year I had to pick her up from the babysitter numerous times because her parents were running late, had to be at the office or whatever. My DH and I could pick out this child's babysitter, school teachers, after school caregivers at a moments notice and yes, we could provide a sketch artist a description. We are only the Aunt & Uncle.
I find it so hard to believe that CA or GA did not have to pick Caylee up from the babysitter in a years time, given the fact KC was so habitually running out of gas. I just DO NOT BELIEVE IT. Hear CA tell it, Zanny was a "10" Nanny that had money because she had a whole wardrobe for Caylee. When KC and Nanny went to Jacksonville KC and Nanny bought all new clothes for Caylee, well that took a good chunk of change. How can CA believe this carp?Why CA/GA let KC go on with this "working" farce I have no idea. They had to have known full well this girl was NOT working. Paychecks, paystubs, health insurance, tax information.
Maybe this is another "tumor". The A family knew she wasn't working a legit job and was perfectly happy telling the whole world "their" lies that she worked at Universal. Bizzarrrreee.

Because it enhances the image of the whole family to have a daughter who has an amazing job as an event planner at Universal and has a nanny.Not a babysitter....too common.A nanny. It beats having a daughter a credit shy of graduating high school and stealing from family and friends for a living. Oh, and let's not forget the shot girl job.

bbm: Nothing could have, would have been better than covering up the money issues. Both CA/GA told LE/FBI that KC was stealing for years. So they both condoned KC's actions while piss, moaning and groaning to each other about it for years.

Cindy and Gerorge and Lee know the truth about KC! They've all said at different times to different people that KC LIES!! However-they didn't know the details AND they didn't want to know the details! Cindy got angry at John Morgan, her brother Rick, LE, various media people, LP, TM, posters on the internet, etc because they were focusing on the details! The A's knew KC was a liar and a thief-they just didn't know how bad a liar and thief she was! And they DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW!! Have you ever run into people in your life who know someone who is up to no good but don't WANT to know exactly what is going on? Head in the sand kind of thing-it's easier to live with the problem if you don't know exactly how bad it is.
They know she's a liar and a thief, and they know they can't change her-so they learn to tolerate it. Something like "George, did you see that $20 that was on the counter?" "No, bet KC got it!" "You're probably right-KC strikes again! HA! HA!" That kind of behavior and attitude is what allowed KC's behavior and attitude to grow! KC went unchecked or at the very least just yelled at for years! The A's never pressed for details! That's how they can say such outrageous things about KC like "I'm very proud of my daughter!" "KC was a wonderful mother!" "KC is in jail to protect her family!":banghead:
The proof and the truth is in the details! When the mountain of evidence comes at trial I don't know how C&G&L will get thru it without some kind of meltdown! Because what they will see is that what happened to Caylee didn't have to happen!! That is a truth that I don't think any of them can handle! They didn't pull Caylee off the tracks when that runaway train was bearing down on her-Cause they had their hands over their eyes! :hand:

I thought it was because of George's gambling problem. But, it was probably a combination of the escapades of both G&KC. There again we have an example of not getting the details straight! Was it George? If so, was it online gambling or the Nigerian scam thing? If it was KC-was it CC's or checks?
Then again-how do we know if Shirley was told the truth? They lie to each other and they lie to everyone else. No wonder they needed notebooks to take to their LE interviews. And even then they couldn't keeps their stories straight!:doh:

IMO...they knew IMMEDIATELY from the moment they got the car that Casey was responsible for something "horrible". Initially, Cindy no doubt thought that Casey was keeping Caylee away just to spite her. I'm believing this more and more. Casey was withholding...a very abusive behavior. What Cindy realized when she got the notice for the car was that this was VERY MUCH more than Casey being her nasty 'ole self. EVERYTHING afterwards IMO is pure fabrication on Cindy's part. She never believed there was a Nanny...NEVER IMHO!
