Yup, last Thursday I left FL and went to GA first, to my friend's place. Then Monday, I went to my Uncle's in WV. Then Tuesday, we both went to my Uncle's in PA. We just got back to his place in WV about 30 minutes ago. My Uncle took me to the Capital Market in Charleston, WV for lunch.
We went to his favorite place, Soho's for lunch. I had the spaghetti & meatballs which came with fresh bread drizzled with olive oil. Uncle Bill had the soup of the day which was beef & noodles. It came with fresh bread too. The noodles looked fresh, like they must have made them or something. He said it was delicious!
We wandered thru the shops and the outdoor market. I bought 3 types of apples, peaches, and 2 heirloom tomatoes that are yellow with red stripes. I bought them so I can plant the seeds in my garden.
I leave WV tomorrow morning to go back to my friends in GA. Then next Wed. I'll head home to FL.
We enjoy providing a creative and innovative spin on traditional Italian, Mediterranean and American cuisine. Our specialty in-house soups and homemade desserts are recipes created and mastered by our seasoned cooks adding a pure-sense of authenticity.
