The lack of EDTA from the testing proved to me the defense's claim at trial of a vial of blood from 1996, used to frame Avery, had no legs. The jury didn't buy the planting & framing defense either.
Avery's already gone through 2 levels of appeals, unsuccessfully. The appellate court rejected his claims. And it the lack of EDTA is something that can't be ignored today by the courts. Zellner has a big problem with it IMO.
This.He did IDK. A lot more than a fat, sweaty, drugged up Kratz who, with his bugged out, glossy eyes,( I can link to a pic if need be!), fantasizing how he would've done that girl in, to the entire world. How TH begged and pleaded, for Brendan, ( who wasn't even peripherally involved!), to save her life!
And apparently this sixteen yr. old boy, found this so VERY arousing, that he was able to consummate his FIRST sexual encounter, with a DYING, BLOODY WOMAN.
That is some unforgivable ****, right there! IMO and anyone that ties themselves in with a sick, sexual sadist like Kratz has issues that can't be dealt with on an internet forum IMO
I swear to GOD, I don't know how anyone bought this BS!
He sure did😞KK seemed to know a lot about what happened to TH,![]()

Yep.I think they did a good job with what they were able to present and with what money and resources they had. IMO there are things they missed, could have or should have called certain witnesses, etc. I know I saw an interview with them where they admitted they missed the "last ping" information or something along those lines. They are okay with their work being critiqued, unlike some.
Also, as far as I know, there is no bombshell info in his book, no factual information from the case that we don't have access too, because it's an ongoing case and it would be unethical IMO They also don't answer specific questions in the talks that they do, they talk about the system as a whole and what can and should be changed. JMO from all I have read about their discussions they have held over the last year.
Nope, no stranger.I find it very interesting that Avery say's that he had met Teresa "a lot of times" and that he had her cell phone number for a while. She was not a stranger to him. JMO

One of the last interviews with Buting ( I'll try to find it ) he said he expected SA to say he & Strang were ineffective.Strang and Buting aren't offended by any claim of them being ineffective. They did do a pretty good job though. Just not perfect and they missed a lot of things. I doubt there will be any response to the complaints, or at least not any that you're hoping for.
Source.

I wonder how Zellner's mysterious "old" blood that doesn't have any of the preservative EDTA in it keeps from drying up like an old scab?
Is there a way to reconstitute it so LE could apply it to the RAV4? Maybe LE took some other measures to preserve the blood in order to have it available years later to frame Avery.
That would take a lot of foresight. I wonder how they knew a murder victim would show up at his place right before she disappears? Lucky I guess. JMO

Which is not unusual at all in the judicial system and is usually what happens. I think the same happened in Melissa Calusinski's case, she lost her appeals too, and KZ is now on that case too isn't she?
You DO have a point there😊And how many appeals did SA go through the first time he was wrongfully imprisoned? Obviously the appeals being denied mean nothing. jmo
😉Now you are talking!
Lucky guess. I don't think so!
Is there any way to look up & read copies of all of these letters? I think it would give Kratz a little bit of SOMETHING ya know?
I can't speak for everyone obviously.
For myself though, to see a few of his statements actually legitimately proved..

Which is no surprise because there's no evidence of planted evidence to support his claims. JMO

I wonder if Buting responds to Avery's complaints in his book. I have heard repeatedly on this forum that Strang and Buting did a good job in defending Avery. Looks like Avery disagrees. JMO
