For Those Who Do Think Avery was Framed & Evidence Planted - Discuss

Yes, I agree that if KK knew what this new, conclusive evidence was he'd have revealed it by now. As it is he's only revealed a lot of material that was so insignificant it played no part in the original trial. Rumors, irrelevancies, and trying to wrest sinister meanings out of totally innocuous conversations.

It may be there is something linked to the allegations contained in the jailhouse snitch letter.

As we saw in the coerced and coached statements wrung out of Brendan Dassey, the 'facts' that corroborated the details were either fed to Brendan so that he could repeat them back 'in his own words' (for example that TH was shot in the head) or he was asked about seemingly random things where 'evidence' would shortly surface ('What did Steven do under the hood?' after which the latch on the hood was swabbed and the 'sweat DNA' ascribed to Steven was belatedly found).

It is speculation on my part, but I would not be surprised to discover the story told in the recently publicized letter got a little help from investigators, as in my opinion it seems designed in parts to plug certain 'holes' in the State's narrative of the crime. New evidence from the defense is to be countered by 'new evidence' from the prosecution.

All MOO

Well their defence is already set up thanks to the jailhouse snitch letter written by his girlfriend.
How much you wanna bet if the dna on the bullet from the garage is going to be linked to the pap smear, the argument is going to be ... well we have a witness who says SA said he shot her in the Vagina. LOL

The narrative from the guilters is so far fetched I can't even take this case seriously anymore. I fully expect another setback before Zellner finally brings this Cabal down. Too many authorities in high places with unlimited resources with everything to lose. This case goes DEEP.

It is extremely difficult to read some of the " fed statement " sentences you laid out here followed by " and then there was sweat DNA "
without LMBO😀😉
( Seriously, am I the only one who finds this ridiculous yet quite hilarious? )
Ya made me spit popcorn, Proud!!😂😂

IMO,
Kratz is a attention hog. ( being nice here )
He needs to sell books.
You know... the $300,000 HOUSE & all!🙄😉

Hi all :) I have been so busy lately with an ill family member that I have not posted much, but I have continued to read along. IDK, thanks for the well wishes the other day!

I remember reading in the last few weeks about grommet's... and that KK was saying they came from a tarp or something in an interview. Just came across something on reddit about these and someone sourced the only mention of grommets in either trial was from Brendan's trial, by Fallon, in closing arguments:

You remember Agent Sturdivant telling you about a zipper pull, also, that he found when he first began searching that burn area on November 8. So we have a zipper pull, we have Daisy Fuentes rivets, and I think he also told you some grommets that are, no doubt, from her shoes.

I'd like to address the issue that some who believe Steven Avery to be guilty are saying that "big news that proves his guilt" is on the way. If that were true, I honestly believe that Kratz would not be able to keep this to himself. He would be right out in front, leading the pack. (like he did with his infamous press conference) IMO.

there are indications that some guilters got together on reddit and made up this rumour.... just sayin.... lol

I agree that there are some out there that wouldn't be able to keep that info to themselves... I'm not sure KK would be kept in the loop with results, don't forget, they locked down his office and changed all the codes when he "resigned", I think there may be some trust issues LOL And if he knew anything, his gf would be spilling it for sure, if he wasn't ;-) JMO

Trust issues??
Kratz??
Wow..
I guess I didn't realize that all had been re-coded and locked up when he resigned😀

ULBM

Unless TH's shoes were extremely large, I'd venture to suggest that the sort of grommets you typically find on a tarp are unlikely to be mistaken for grommets from a pair of shoes.

As for whether some grommets found in a fire pit that had been in use for years could be 'no doubt' connected to any particular pair of shoes... There has to be quite a story behind that forensic conclusion.

Eventually if you try hard and long enough...you can get a square peg in a round hole. {{Sarcasm about everything in this case}}} Just seems to me that everything in this case has been fit into that round hole.

Hi Missy, nice to see you checking in with us periodically. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts. As far as the bolded above: that juvenile behavior is unbelievable IMO. But what can one expect from the followers of Kratz, a confirmed juvenile in a man's body. I'm so glad there are still true professionals around like KZ. This makes me appreciate her even more!

Yes i would agree with that. I kind of think it's amusing all the try hards that come out of the woodwork trying to convince others, because SA was already found guilty and convicted in this case, and is currently still incarcerated. So what are they actually trying to convince anyone about really? The Trial has been and gone, that ship sailed long ago.
If anyone has to convince anyone of anything it will be Ms. Zellner, and she will do that in her own good time. So in actuality all the talking heads in the public arena's opinions will mean nothing, if KZ is successful as she is known to be in winning these wrongful conviction cases. The ball is now in her court.

I think this is also a big discepency in the SA case
(quote)
In addition to the blood found in the car, the vehicle itself may help point to Avery's alleged innocence. According to a report by Newsweek, the largest bombshell of the motion comes straight from the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department. A report filed by the department showed that the victim's car was originally seized by law enforcement on Nov. 3, 2005, a full two days before the vehicle was officially found.

Zellner told Newsweek: "That was a huge discovery because the car doesn't appear on the Avery property until Nov. 5. It's a problem when some of [the investigators] are planting evidence and others are honestly doing their job and documenting their malfeasance."

Also, interesting to note, On November 3 all signs point towards the RAV being a Forest Green 1999. By November 5 it is a Teal Blue 1998. Definitely gives you pause for thought when you start paying attention to who is calling the car blue and who is calling it green and when.

Hi CoolJ, Yes i have read about the two different vehicles, which is interesting, and another questionable claim in the case. I think there were also different markings, rust, a big scratch, etc. that weren't on TH's vehicle. It's all very strange IMO.
As i keep reiterating, i am waiting patiently for Ms. Zellner's evidence that the whole thing was a set up to nail Steven Avery. And i doubt very much she would see this case through to the very end if she had any doubt whatsoever that SA killed TH, and thought he was guilty. That's not what she does, and will only represent people she thinks have been wrongfully convicted.

I certainly don't know what to make of the color issue WRT the RAV4. I'm very aware that things can appear to be different colors to different people (remember the blue dress/gold dress thing a couple of years ago?), and that photographs taken under different lighting conditions can look wildly different. This is one of those aspects which seem to me to be a little too subtle for me. Something has to be pretty blatant for me to allow it to color my perception of the case.

I find it laughable that many say it is so far fetched LE could conspire against this monster, or better yet, just yell "TYPO"...

I have seen it posted time and time again that those who believe in Avery's innocence will " explain away " each piece of " evidence " which lead STRAIT to Avery's door.

IMO
It's ALL that HAS happened where Manitowoc County sheriff's department is concerned when it comes to THEIR handling, documentation & the like of the Avery/Halbach case.😉
