For Those Who Do Think Avery was Framed & Evidence Planted - Discuss

While I am very curious about who these witnesses might be, I haven't a clue.

I don't either, but as long as KZ is on it, as she is, we just have to wait until she files her post conviction motion.
The other article i was looking for was about just one credible person she has been working with and she does know stuff we don't, so i'm confident, :)

Interesting comment posted from the excused juror, RM. I didn't realize before this that, not only was Pagel present with the bailliff in a deliberating juror's room when he shouldn't have been allowed to be ethically, but it gets even worse when one realizes that RM was actually given the sheriff's phone to call the judge from!!! And all this, conveniently, never makes it to the court records. Hmmm.:waitasec:

As it stands now, all signs are pointing to a government sanctioned frame job. Hope it is able to be proven and those responsible are held accountable.

The way I see it there are 3 levels of individual involvement by those in positions of authority and trust.

1. The masterminds. Knew SA and BD were innocent but had to create a plan to make absolutely sure the depositions did not proceed.
2. Those involved in the hands on framing and planting of evidence. Some of whom may actually have thought SA and BD to be guilty, but knew the importance of the case and were more than willing to frame an innocent man and child.
3. The rest who were so compartmentalized they had no idea what was going on, just did what they were told regardless if they had suspicions or not.

Hopefully some from group 2 are the ones talking. Nobody from group 1 will talk. Too much at stake and I question if they are even human.

To add something else interesting to my previous post....it seems this kind of behavior is not new to that particular county. From a newspaper article from 1980, which coincidentally includes a familiar name to the Avery case.

https://www.newspapers.com/clip/8213585/19_nov_1980_manitowoc_co_deputy_joins/

'Manitowoc Co Deputy Joins Jurors During Deliberations.'

Same thing happened during Avery trial, did it not? Remiker and another MTSO deputy acting as bailiffs were reprimanded? I forget the details now.

Hi everyone!! *waves*
Going nonstop for days it seems ( spring break last week❤ ) so just now finally checking in😉
Ya know, Jaiddie, nothing about this case shocks me at all ANY more.
Before I would come across info like this & my jaw would drop!
Now my first reaction is " pffft, go figure"😀
I'm sure I can't be the only one with this reaction😉
IMO LE let their ego"s get the better of them. Because of this I firmly believe from the word GO they were SLOPPY, careless, & downright idiotic with regard to ANYTHING pertaining to the Avery/Halbach case. Obviously this includes the goings on inside the courtroom as well🙄

That happened during the Dassy trial. A female bailiff allowed her husband into a secure area to deliver pizza and drinks to the jury. Remiker and the bailiff were supposed to keep a log of everyone who entered and left the area where the jury was. This unauthorized persons name was never entered on the log.

Manitowoc Sheriffs supposedly prohibited due to admitted conflict of interest, come onto alleged 'crime scene' and always seem to be the ones coming up with the evidence no one else can find?

Cops coach witness to repeat the information they feed him 'in his own words' and call it a confession?

Sheriff visits jurors during deliberations?

Nothing to see here, folks.

Hi dexter, hope you all enjoyed the spring break, :)
I concur with all you're saying. I think Manitowoc thought they were a law all unto themselves, IMO
Makes me wonder what all else they have got away with over time?

Spring break was fabulous! Thank you❤
I couldn't agreewith you more when you say you wonder what this Sheriff's department might have tried to pull over the years.
Thinking RH case

Hi dexter, good you enjoyed your spring break. That was the case i was thinking of as well was RH. Very sad. I wonder if Manitowoc are found to be corrupt in the SA case, if they will ever reinvestigate RH's case? Perhaps if the family request it?

Hi Everyone!
I'm starting to think it might be months before we hear anything official from Kathleen Zellner. Sure, she may have gotten test results back, but that is only the beginning. I imagine it will take weeks and weeks (if not months) to analyze all the data, consult with her experts, and present it as an airtight package. Who knows, perhaps she will be requesting additional testing. I'm here for the long haul and have faith in KZ. Glad to hear you guys are enjoying your Spring Breaks! Happy Spring to everyone. :)

Okay, I am confused on something. Wasn't the bullet that traced back to the gun over SA bed supposedly found in March after BD alleged confession? I had thought that the only bullet that they specifically said came from that gun was the one that had TH DNA (but no blood, of course) on it. Here's the part I am confused about:

https://i.redd.it/mikza7u8o0ty.jpg

I do not remember in other bullets that the state claimed came from that gun except the one that conveniently had her DNA, hence placing her in that garage. And yet...According to this report, that bullet arrived at the WI State Crime Lab on 11/21/05, so did they "refind" that bullet in March of 06 to supposedly coroborate that confession or is this just another in a long line of coincidental "typos"?
