Forensic linguistics, weapon of the JIDI knight

Do you plan to read McMenamin in its entirety, and discuss its ramifications?

This is one theory I will NEVER agree with.
That they didn't know she was still alive and strangled(killed) her when trying to stage the crime.
This is so far fetched IMO.
You would have seen some signs of guilt or something.

Far as I go, the Rs read just like MacBeth. Pretty much the same deal: the man digs himself deeper out of spite and the wife sinks into a downward spiral.

Staging. I said it and I mean it.

The ligature is not staging. It had petechiae and abrasions, both large and small, exactly above, below, and underneath the ligature. Just how wrong do you wish to be?

Staging doesn't make it wrong. The ligature furrow and petechiae would be the same regardless.

my bold.

If JBR never moved then there would be no difference between the posterior and anterior neck surfaces. Instead there are injuries on the anterior side.

No, actually this is you making stuff up and stating it as if it were fact. Mischaracterizing the evidence, calling abrasions pooled blood or rubs. Was JR pulling the cord up and down her neck while she was still as a stone? What caused those abrasions?

Was JR pulling the cord up and down her neck while she was still as a stone? - Hotyh.

Heyya Hotyh.

With Mind Hunter suggested as possible template for execution of the Ramseys' staging, the possibility exists that JD covered the topic defensive wounds, and the Ramseys attempted to mimic these wounds.

Mimic abrasions maybe but how to mimic petechiae? It is evident that JBR was alive when strangled, and its evident the ligature produced abrasions. Its all there in the autopsy report. Why all the mirrors? What is RDI hiding?

So what? Of course it had those. She was technically still alive. But as long as the person didn't KNOW she was alive, it's still staging. You limit yourself far too much.

Now, if you'd kindly address some of the other points I made in that post, it'd make the world a better place.

Just how wrong do you wish to be?

Do you REALLY want me to answer that?
