Check them out at arrestedmedia.com. Maybe Press Corp does not work for Baez - IMO Baez works for Gil Cabot as Gil Cabot pays for the rights to the true story.

No, I don't. I think the only connection is that they needed to get him a direct line when people figured out he was not really in Nashville. I called him on that line as well as others, he answered it. I am guessing Mrs. B is not very happy about this.

In theory: KC is "bondable", meaning if she were not charged with a capital crime, is convicted on lesser inclusions or accepts a plea deal and someone lost her mind and let her out pending sentencing, she has a standing bond.

A nebbia hearing, would allow the prosecution to identify the source of the funds securing the bond, as was posted via promissary note (alleged) by the parents.. Any documents showing Casey's income or viability would be subject to said hearing..

In my eyes all that is coming to light is SHAMEFUL and SHADY.

I want Casey to have the best defense available so there are no excuses for an appeal after her behind is convicted of the first degree murder of her beautiful daughther Caylee.

From very, very early in this case I have felt something was extremely hinky with her defense. This is my opinion. I think/thought she should have pled out (or at least AGGRESSIVELY TRIED TO PLEA). Many things have been said and done (and then some not done properly) that I don't agree with.

I am scared for Casey in this respect. In my opinion she is kept sheltered from what is going on in her defense. In my opinion, I don't think she has a quality defense.

What is the saying? The appearance of an impropriety...

If they want to get all the facts straight they should contact Blink34. She did an expose back in Oct. or Nov. stating that Gil and Todd are the same person. It originally came out on the Monsters in the Morning website. Giltodd denied it and Blink caught a lot of flack for it. I have yet to see her detractors lining up to give her the love now. Maybe WFTV should contact her and gather some more facts.

I agree with what you are saying here.. especially the part about her being sheltered from what is going on..
I really think she does not know how bad things really are..
I think JB is feeding her bs that he will get her off.. and I feel she is in for a rude awakening when it gets to trial..

I feel that the SA has enuff to lock the cell doors on her for life.. and I dont think she know this.. ..
