Found these items off Beltway 8 South

In 2003 I found this spot off beltway 8 about 1/4 mile from where they found Laura Smithers. Back then I found a bra and panties hanging in a tree. I relayed this info to LE and of course nothing was done. A few days ago I go back to the same spot and found some interesting things.

Note the make shift mask with eye holes cut out. HPD took possession of the items. Pasadena is looking into missing person wearing those clothes. THe red flannel shirt smelled like perfume.

I’m glad you photographed them in situ. You might like to keep some disposable gloves in your car in case you find anything in the future as your DNA is now on the items you’ve touched.

HPD picked up the stuff and turned it over to homicide. I doubt they even look at it. Pasadena looked through their cases for missing or runaways...nothing so far.
