Sorry for asking, but I'm about 7 pages behind.... I saw something here (can't find it now) about Cindy not allowing vigil people to the vigil if they didn't believe in Casey's innocence? Or something to that effect. Did Cindy actually say something along those lines or was it merely speculation?
