No, it was while the rapes were occurring I believe, he has been in prison for a few years. It's my understanding that she saw gynos and neurologists frequently due to symptoms she was experiencing.

How is there a presumption of innocence in all this? Plenty of video/photographic evidence and he admitted he did it. Just sentence the cretin and let him rot along with the sickos that took part.

This infuriates me.
Saying "I was raped" and "that man had sex with me" are very different things. Even if they are trying to "respect the presumption of innocence", this is still wrong.
