Karim said the bar was closed down a week before the Paris attacks because he used it as a den to sell drugs.

'Brahim [Ibrahim] and Salah spent most of their days smoking hashish and playing on PlayStation in the bar,' he said. 'There was nothing to suggest they were radicalised.'

It's not just a Playstation issue though there is a case where it was said to have been used. There are also shootem-up online games with millions of people playing at the same time, competing in groups on their PC's. The whole thing is to show off their exploits. There's has been downward spiraling macabre mentality of who can send the most gruesome postcard home since before the web, among the AQ types, like morality creds war booty among their rank and file, well documented in MSM, in an ever increasing tempo as the region becomes more desperate, it seems.

This is the British version of the "missed opportunities" from UK intell/authorities.

Don't expect anyone to read this linked docu as it is very long but it explains how intelligence mistakenly allowed two of the 7/7/2005 bombers to remain at large in the hope of uncovering a bigger network and instead concentrated on another terror unit "Operation Crevice" which yielded multiple arrests in March 2004 of a massive attack plot on malls, nightclubs, utilities etc planned for July 21st.

MI5 official line is that the 7/7 bombers were "clean skins" - they weren't known to intell.- but in fact they were.
Both units were part of one big network operating in the UK, inspired by Omar Bakri ( hate preacher currently doing time in prison in beirut, aka the Tottenham Ayatollah ), an AQ related branch in UK.
(before this report was published many 7/7 survivors had demanded a public enquiry into this matter. )

Most interesting is the "covenant" between Bakri and the terror group he led, and the British authorities (which enabled him and his family to live here in social housing, drawing down a total of £250K in benefits during his long stay) to the effect that he could carry on as long as he did not commit/inspire any terror on UK soil.

It's a long story but with Iraq conflict, the "covenant" was broken and Bakri fled UK.

over the internet declaring war on Britain, urging his followers to join al-Qaeda’s

One month after 7/7 massacre, Bakri left the UK following stories that the UK were planning to investigate certain Muslim clerics under little-used treason laws.....

NOW: Police action near the Grand'place Brussels: police requests residents to move away from windows

A police operation is underway in the center of Brussels, located in the area around the Rue du Midi. Several streets are blocked. Witnesses report us a deployment of police forces.

"I am the restaurant and the police have asked us to finish our meals and regroup inside(*) and wait for their signal to leave," said one witness.

According to our colleagues at La Libre, the officers were warned to be ready for an operation would take place in Brussels.

It's notable that they have his photo but aren't releasing or more likely still don't know his name yet.

(This is the man who travelled under a fake passport through Greece & Serbia . The passport data was in name of Ahmad Almohammad, aged 25, born Idlib, Syria, as reported at start of this week.) So it's more than likely the suspect is a Syrian fighter returnee, whose pic is NOT already on a Euro terror list. This photo on the wanted poster, is a shot taken in Greece.)

Naturally this mean the name is "FAKE" too. ( IIRC This is a Syrian already died in Syria recently - previous report stated)
