GUILTY France - Fiona Chafoulais, 5, Clermont-Ferrand, 12 May 2013 *Arrest*

BBM: I would have a difficult time classifying the circumstances that led to this child's death (whatever they may be) an accident. Even if it was unintentional, negligent homicide is a more descriptive term than accident.

I'm sorry, my writing is terrible, I don't think it was an accident either, I was trying to see how her mother could justify it.

Just before Cecile Bourgeon abandoned the search for her daughter and headed to Perpignan with her boyfriend, she rebuked police for abandoning her. And added a little barb that she didn't think they would have reduced the search team so soon.

There is something very, very disturbing - unnerving even - about how Cecile appears to have 'played' the media during this case. She has spoken for both herself and boyfriend Berkane Makhlouf, and defended him to the hilt. She said how good he was for her, and how much she needed him. She allowed Berkane to accompany her two-year old when the tot was asked about Fiona disappearing, and chose not to go herself because she trusted Berkane so much to care for the welfare of her child. She also brought a suit, in the hopes of gaining access to the investigation records.

I hope this is pointed out during any trial, when I fear we will hear all about Cecile Bourgeon, naive Victim with a capital V.

Search has begun for the remains near the above lake, lac d'Aydat
(Puy-de-Dôme), located ~20 km south of Clermont-Ferrand.

Forty officers and three cadaver dogs are there to help find the remains.

Cecile is now there near the lake. She was the one who drove her b/f
and younger daughter to the lake to bury Fiona whose body was in a
leather bag in the trunk.

I am having a great deal of difficulty processing what has happened to poor little Fiona :(

And as for Cecile and Berkane Makhlouf, I cannot comment fully of what I actually think of them.

Cecile didn't show any hate, rage, remorse, anger, despair, over her child that had gone 'missing' during the Main Stream Media b*ll***** staged events she put on - she smirked, she smiled, she lied during this whole thing.

And then to cover this up -
- and now she doesn't know where she buried her beautiful daughter!!!
- and she took her other daughter with her to bury Fiona.

I'm glad Cecile didn't get to close down this thread like she did the other threads from people who were demanding that something be done to find her daughter.

-----
Thank-you to the Police for their fine efforts and a good result thus far.
-----
Beautiful petit chou - I'm so very sorry this happened to you.
Rest now in Peace -
You deserved so much better.

No remains found. No dive teams.

Cecile and partners' latest story is that they buried her near the lake, though she was not found today, first day of search.

They are due in court very soon (as far as I can understand through msm) - and Fiona needs to be found.

Just horrific. human beings. Like viri. when it comes to helpless children who have no way out no say no justice; not even a proper burial, they have become trash to parents like Casey A; and Ronald Cummings and so many others. This is a sad day to hear of how badly they played the media. I'm sure they googled the McCann case. I wonder what sites they looked at regarding missing children. I think that the McCanns are as guilty as the days are long. 30 plus. If only the anthony family and others were serving that much time. I digress. :(

18 h 48 - La mère de Fiona et son compagnon sont mis en examen.
M. [MB] encourt 30 ans de réclusion criminelle, Mme [CB] encourt 5 ans de réclusion."
http://www.lamontagne.fr/auvergne/a...e-de-fiona-est-arrivee-sur-place-1705831.html
6:48pm - Fiona's mother and her boyfriend have been indicted.
Mr. [MB] faces 30 years imprisonment, Ms [CB] faces five years imprisonment.

Five years? So, given the length of time French trials can take, and taking into account time served, Cecile could be freed almost as soon as she is sentenced?

I think this is from the website that did so much to highlight Fiona's case, and which Cecile put in a direct request that they close down.

So, I have to ask - did they stick Fiona in the ground with such haste, and such lack of care ( or so doped up) they can't even remember where they put her now?

Or is there some evidence on the little ones' remains they would prefer police not to find, hence the 'difficulty' in pointing police to where Fiona is?

the police were quietly watching and waiting

18 h 46 - The decision to place in custody the couple "was taken from the month of June" But we had to leave Cécile Bud rest before and after the birth of her third child. "

18 h 42 - After detailed statements of Fiona's mother about the circumstances of the death of the girl, the prosecutor in Clermont-Ferrand, Pierre seines, said he had "done wiretap all members the family environment at the same time as the opening of a criminal investigation for kidnapping. " Proving that the family trail had never been ruled out during the four-month investigation. The couple had been under wiretapping and some evidence of some irresponsible parents. They provided including drug in the presence of their children.

i hope they find little fionas body but wont be surprised if the mother "forgets" where she put her.

BBM - Since I read that they were unable to find the remains today, I have been wondering that very same thing! In one of the videos, I believe it was the prosecutor who said when they recover the remains, testing will be done to rule out/in other possibilities.

From what I read/saw on video, Cecile drove the car to near the spot. BM retrieved the body, which was in a bag, from the trunk and went off to bury her. Cecile and the younger daughter stayed in the car. BM removed the body from the bag and buried her. The bag was thrown away in a garbage receptacle.

The mayor of the town near the lake said that that area is all volcanic so it would be difficult to dig a hole though there probably were some places where it would be possible.

Painful to even type the above. :(

13 h 05 - The companion of the mother of the little Fiona, Berkane Makhlouf, after protesting his innocence vehemently early custody, admitted in custody that Fiona was beaten in the days before his death but "vehemently denies" being the author, according to his lawyer. Father of the third child born Cécile Bud this summer, it also challenges the scenario of an evening too watered. "He recognized a domestic accident and acknowledged that the couple had set up a scenario. According to him, the child choked on his own vomit. They found it in the morning in this state and panicked" after a quiet evening, said Xavier capelet.

12 h 34 - Unlike her, Berkane Makhlouf does not charge his wife, except to say that they did not agree on what to do before the corpse: he recommended to alert the police, she not do, according to Mr. capelet. The little used to induce vomiting, nausea to imitate his pregnant mother or complaining of stomach pains, said the respondent police. On the evening of drama, he would have reprimanded him would not to induce vomiting, and would have given him a spanking prohibiting him from going to the toilet while Cécile Bud was lying.
