Fortunately, he spoke inside the Synagogue. In the video, you can see how close his security detail was to him. They were constantly scanning the crowd. I can't imagine what it must feel like to have a huge target on your back.

Actually anyone living in Israel has a huge target on their back at all times. They are completely surrounded by enemies. There is no where that is "safe" in the sense of what most of us would consider as "safe". Israelis are smart, vigilant, brave & determined. It is not a place where someone faint of heart would want to live. Everyone is required to serve a certain amount of time in the armed forces so they are all prepared to defend themselves, if necessary. I have been privileged to visit Israel & have the utmost respect & admiration for them. And, no, I am not Jewish.

Very true.
Not easy or simple being an Israeli anywhere in the world.
Many countries are completely off limits.

LOL, true, but once they're used you throw the condom away. Once you know the horse is there, maybe one should ask who opened the gate to let it in?

I think when our politicians decided to take in so many muslim refugees, they figured the same would happen with them that happened with every other wave of refugees, ie they'd assimilate, become westernised, adopt our lifestyle after a generation and fit on in to the fabric of Australian (or European) way of life. However what happened is the second generation has become more extreme than their parents ever were, and they are citizens born in our country, so cannot be deported if they act out.

Brigitte Gabriel said there are over 100 no go zones in the US.
I believe Dearborn, MI holds the most. IMO

In the U.S., Dearborn, Michigan: Over 100,000 Muslims, 45% of the city has settled into their first ‘no-go’ zone. The city and police officials have been sued in many cases that allege discrimination “against Christians” effectively by the authorities applying Sharia law. Dearborn-Dar-al-Islam, (a place governed by Islamic Sharia law). The new idea of ‘no-go’ and ‘no-entry’ is significant, and shockingly being upheld. They provide weapons and guards and government officials in their own societies. They build what they want on their compounds. They have schools inside that their kids are educated in. They are taught their religion in school. No separation of Church (mosque) and State.

In fairness, many of them have integrated. They never make the news though, they just get on with their lives so its all too easy to overlook them.

(Although one of them did tragically make the news - that French policeman who was killed while lying on the ground was muslim).

No sun, but plenty of warmth for the multitudes who turned out in Paris.

Whoa. From the article, basic services like police aren't welcome in these 750 no-go zones. How on earth did that happen? I am shocked. It is basically like they are renting space in a country, yet not subject to the laws of said country.

Perhaps they will wise up and abolish those zones after attacks, I am not counting on that however.
We don't need those little afhganistans and Iraqs in Europe really.

True to a large extent, until we have an honor killing.

We have made a huge error with so called multiculturalism, there has been too much immigration of cultures that do not mix well together.

Makes me sad to hear this type of reaction. I think multiculturalism is an awesome thing. I also think it is the future of this planet, so we better figure out how to get along and make it work.

Never heard of such a thing, whether, in Europe or North America. Very eye opening!

A terrorism expert on Fox News, Steve Emerson, has given an interview about 'no go' areas for non-muslims in Europe, where Islam rules. He named Birmingham, UK, as one of them, which has really infuriated the people of Birmingham. It's simply not true.

He's now issued an unreserved apology and will be making a donation to a Birmingham charity...

#JESUISFRÉDÉRIC

The first victim of the massacre at Charlie-Hebdo was a maintenance man who was at work in the building at that time.

His name is Frédéric Boisseau, father of two children. He seems almost forgotten.

On twitter, someone writes: People in maintence are often overlooked.
I wonder how many have paid attention to Frédéric Boisseau during today's march.
It probably would have made a difference to the PC press and politicians if he had been a muslim who died for the freedom of speech.
But he wasn't, even though he died for the same freedom of expression, and apparently there are no video's of his death on the internet either.

Sodexo, the company he worked for pays a tribute to him on their website:

message-ml-150107_EN342-835859.png

and more:

In tribute to our colleague Frédéric Boisseau, suddenly and tragically killed last Wednesday in the attack on the magazine Charlie Hebdo, we offer the possibility for all the Sodexo colleagues who plan to take part in the silent march on Sunday in Paris to go together.

The rendez-vous point will be at the crossroads of the boulevard de Strasbourg and rue Saint-Laurent (in front of the HSBC Bank – Metro Gare de l’Est), at 1.30PM Paris time. The start of the march is planned for 3pm from the Place de la République in Paris.

What the heck is truthuncensored? Do you happen to have any MSM articles to back up this claim? TIA

If this claim were true, don't ya think we would be hearing about this on national news.

Maybe he was thinking Birmingham MI instead of Dearborn MI and then got really confused because he was talking about Birmingham UK:)

But in all seriousness, this is why I was asking if the No Go zone thing is real because the only places I have seen it are on political sites and Fox.

I don't know about Paris, but I really don't think there are any Muslim 'no go areas' in England, though there are towns with large concentrations of Muslims in certain areas. Personally, I've found many, many town centers to be 'no go' on Friday and weekend nights, when there's huge amounts of violence and drunkeness on the streets.

But I do think many Muslim communities are reluctant to call police when there are problems, and police have been afraid to intervene sometimes when crimes are being committed, for fear of appearing racist ( I'm thinking of the young teens who were trafficked and sexually exploited by a gang of Muslim Pakistani-born men in Yorkshire? I think, and whose parents had to fight for a long time to get police to take action).

I have no issue with his right to speak. My issue is whether we are listening to what he and others say and are acting to defend ourselves. This guy, who I assume is Anjem Choudary advocates the overthrow of western governments to impose Sharia law and Muslim domination. Free speech does not require us to not act on speech. If I advocate overthrowing the US government by force, it will be acted on. We have no obligation to allow people who advocate our murder into our countries, provide them a platform for their speech, and stand silently while they murder us. Of course, they don't believe in free speech. They wish to violently take over our countries and eliminate free speech and women's rights and religious freedom, make us all wear the burka literally and figuratively. One hour ago he tweeted this:

and yesterday this:

and this:

I am glad he has the right to free speech! He is telling us his plans. And followers of this brand of Islam are out there implemnting these plans. When do we get off our tushes, that is my question.

What's they saying? When someone tells you who they are, believe them. Well, when someone tells me they are at war with me, I believe it. Free speech is not a suicide pact. If you tell me you want to kill me-do I just ignore it because it is "free speech"? Or do I protect myself?

Thank you. Worth repeating.
