If Kyron was with her, he was certainly restrained and covered, and no doubt on the floor. Would that have shown up on a forensic exam of the truck? (i.e. that he was on the floor, fibers from ropes or blankets, stuff like that)

There was a forensic files episode I saw not long ago where they were able to prove a father (stepfather?) had placed his murdered daughter's body inside his car and where. I can't remember the specifics, but even though she had obviously been in the car before, they were able to prove she was in there after she'd been killed. (and it wasn't cadaver scent, I do remember that much)

There is also a death band that occurs on hair.

I just was able to finally, FINALLY join this website after AOL wouldn't let my registration go through! I'm so excited to finally be on here, there's so many threads I wanted to comment on and couldn't!

Anyway- on this thread a local stated that the FM she (TH) went to (the 1st one I believe) her parking spot was on the electronics side of the store....is the pharmacy/medicine stuff on that side as well? or did she park on the opposite side of where most logical people would park to get such an item as medicine?

Also I've been wondering if possibly DeDe was the one running around town that morning, gathering up receipts for TH. Because a lot of witnesses might say "sure, yeah, I recall a RED HAIRED lady getting a coffee here that morning" when in actuality it could have been DeDe instead..

Not that it is really relevant, but it is very possible that Terri was looking for Infant or Childrens Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl or Zyrtec for the baby. These were all recalled on May 2nd and have not been available. Even the generics were sometimes hard to get, even 1 month after the recall, due to the higher demand. My kids have been fairly sick from Spring through mid-Summer and I have had to purchase these items on a regular basis throughout the past few months. I have had to go store hopping on more than one occassion to find what I wanted/needed during the timeframe in question. So her reason for store hopping is plausible, IMO.

Now with regard to why LE is asking for witnesses who saw the truck parked in the 2 FM locations, I think that LE is trying to determine if anyone recalls seeing anything odd or unusual, if they saw the truck that day in those locations. I believe that they have video that shows the vehicle parked in the areas indicated, but are not able to determine, if anyone was in the truck and if there was someone, whether they noted anything unusual. My thought is that maybe TMH, DS, Kyron & the baby were in the truck and either TMH or DS went in the store, while the other adult stayed back with the kids.

With regard to TMH driving around with Kyron to all of these places, after already having killed him, I have a hard time swallowing that. Even if she were a horribly evil stepmother, who has never for a day loved that child (and I am not saying that she is), I cannot fathom her driving around with the body of a child she raised for 6-7 years, while she ran errands. I just don't buy that. I would think that she would have disposed of the body as quickly as possible. But then, this case is beyond strange to me, so I suppose that it could be possible.

If she parked somewhere far away at the first FM then you have to factor in her walk time from the car to the store, and it becomes even harder to make a quick little shopping trip starting from Skyline at 9 and getting ready and checked out at 9.12.

I know, especially with a fussy baby to take out of and put back into a car seat on either end.

I also wonder why Terri said 9am in her email. She either told investigators or told someone that she told investigators 845am as the time she left the school. I know it's no big deal to round up to 9am under normal circumstances, but she was specific about other things in her email (7 miles, 912, etc) so why would she cut off that 15 minutes?

My mind still goes to a hand-off. She handed him off, then made for a store to get a receipt/alibi, but also had other things Kyron-related to take care of later in the day. Either cover up, or something...

I think they have witness or witnesses that place her there. The DA guy came back up[in the presser] to release that info. That they have witness[es] but they want more witnesses to corroborate

I could almost picture them in a huddle over this! For some reason, he / they decided they wanted this info known. To Terri and her potential accomplices, maybe?

He said they have witnesses to the two locations at the school, not to the Fred Meyer stores. He points back to the pictures of the school locations as he says this.

A witness or witnesses have come forward and provided us with information about a person or persons associated with that pickup truck at approximately those locations. We're looking for additional witnesses.

No, KH and DY have never said anything about bank records. KH/DY said that Terri said that LE said that a cell ping didn't match where Terri was. Of course, it's been pointed out I don't know how many times in this forum that LE lies to people, so I don't know if any of that is true at all.

I'm waiting to hear from LE whether there were any cell ping or bank record or any other kind of mismatch. All this whisper-down-the-lane stuff makes all this info dubious to me.

Has LE confirned that they have video evidence this is where Terri parked that day? Because I am wondering if they are asking for witnesses because Terri is the one telling them that is where she parked, and it's actually not on videotape. Bank records and cell pings apparently don't match what she tells them. I have yet to see any confirmation from anyone but her, in that oddly detailed email to her friend the next day, that indicates she was there, and has a receipt..
I wish we at least had confirmation of that, either yes, we can confirm, or no we can not and are still looking for witnesses to place her there.
Oh well, ours is but to wonder why......

No, a reporter asked that in the Q&A after the LE statements, and Gates replied, and of course, wouldn't say. I was just watching the video.

The husband in the Venus Stewart case did something similar.

DS acted as a stand in? With her red hair and if she kept her face down, I could see busy shoppers/checkers, remembering a shopper with red hair buying cold medicine.

She could have gave DS some excuse like I need medicine but I don't want to take K into the store because she is cranky/sleeping...etc.

If there was a hand off... why would she need such a complicated alibi? Just hand off and continue normal day. A hand off would most resemble a stranger abduction.
Unless, she (God forbid) did something to Kyron and she expected him to be found quickly. In that scenario, she would need an alibi..

Why would he have to be restrained? He was with his step mother. She could have told him any number of stories that he would have believed in order to get him out of school. She could have just told him to wait in the car with or without DD until she "ran in to get meds for his sister".

If he was just casually sitting in the truck she ran the risk of someone seeing him. But maybe that was why she parked far.

So, in other words, it is plausible that TMH could have picked up DS from where she was working and both were traveling around in the truck together. Does anyone know if it has been confirmed that DS was where she said she was working at earlier times than the 1 1/2 hours in late morning/early afternoon that her employer and a friend were trying to get ahold of her?

It doesn't say which store or the time. So here is a prime example of someone that went there on that day but didn't notice anything....didn't even remember I was there.

Personally, I didn't zone in on the Kyron story until Sunday morning. I probably didn't watch the news on Friday night or read the paper on Saturday. I was getting ready for a big BBQ at a friends house on Sat. It wasn't until Saturday night/Sunday morning that I really started to pay attention to the story. I'm sure there are many people in my same boat. Now I feel horrible...could have happened right under my nose.

Your bank statement my have a store # or phone # listed, which may indicate which store you were at.

It only has a transaction number. I'm sure someone from the store could tell me based on that but it doesn't really matter because I don't remember seeing a white truck or anything unusual or I would have said so already. :banghead:

Sources also tell KGW that, during the period of time DeDe was unaccounted for, her car remained at the property where she had been gardening. When I heard those reports, it was almost said as an afterthought. I couldn't figure out why they weren't jumping on this. I think it's pretty damned significant.
