Kaine explains the car swap

Ok I am sooo confused by this one thing....
Did she or didn't she have her daughter with her when she went to the school??? Early reports said she was with a sitter. Does anyone have a link to where the daughter was when she was at the school with Kyron on that morning? Thanks

Kaine said in an interview baby K was with Terri that day.

Here is the link to the thread where it was discussed.

Great question. I can't find where anyone says where the baby was, but here's a good timeline. I'll keep lookin.

Best,

Mel

ETA: Kaine says the toddler was with TH at the school that morning.

I too am more on the fence than ever since Kaine started talking...not at all sure Terri is involved, whereas before I thought for sure she must be. He is not convincing me. Now it seems as though the family is desperate for Terri to be the bad guy, maybe because they feel that gives Kyron a chance he probably does not have otherwise. But I wish they would stop with the Terri-attacks.

I agree - the more KH talks, the muddier the water gets (at least for me personally). I was more suspicious of TH weeks ago than I am now after hearing/reading KH's statements. The more KH talks, the more doubt I have about TH's involvement.

I understand that I'm in the minority. IMO, some of what KH says seems to contradict the picture of TH that he seems to be trying to illustrate.

It hasn't escaped my notice that KH's recent comments seem to be in response to the public's reactions of his previous comments. IMO, he's apparently paying attention to public opinion, and adjusting his statements accordingly.

I feel the same way. While I am glad to have some of the info he has given out, I am less sure of things now than before. If I had to pick someone now, it would be between TH and the LS. But, I really am back on the fence. I don't see her being so smart to cover every track and LE don't seem to be finding much.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out it was her, the LS guy or someone we don't know anything about yet.

If she is not guilty and in time that is proven by finding out who is, could she sue KH and DY and TY for all this do you think? Guilty or not, she is being dragged through the mud with no proof. (not counting her known, recent stupid behavior, which is not a crime)

My son has a big truck and daughter in law has a jeep and they have two kids and carseats in each car so they dont have to switch them out all the time...

Off topic:
Without getting into specifics, he'd have to remove it everyday before leaving the house to go to work. So, unfortunately, that option wouldn't work well for us.

More on topic:

Mustangs are a bit roomier than people think, particularly the trunk.
And if someone wanted to remove wanted to remove something large and heavy from a mustang, it would draw more attention than it would in a truck. It would seem very out of place, and raise some eyebrows. If you wanted to dump something from a truck, not so much. Its what they are good for, hauling around stuff that you don't want touching the inside of nice car. It seems more normal, so less attention grabbing.

If I saw someone dump something (whether it be in water or up in the hills) from a mustang, I'm going to automatically think: "I wonder whats in that..." If I see a truck dumping something, I'm going to think: I hope he doesn't dump that junk on my property... take it to the city dump!" Maybe that says a lot about where I am from... lol

Even though Kaine states that baby K was with Terri that morning at school, I remain somewhat skeptical. He may have known that was her intention to take the baby with her when he left for work that morning. However, I have not read that anyone who said they saw Terri and Kyron at school that morning actually mention that baby K was with her. JMOO

Someone please give me a QUICK update on whats going on.. I went out of state to attend a wedding last Thursday and just returned home.. Have not read or heard anything since I left..TYIA

Well...nothing really except Terri moved to the town her parents live in. Still no Kyron. Kaine moved back home.

In this interview, Kaine says the car swap doesn't make sense because the science project was already at the school. And Terri left the school on the day of SF and didn't bring project home. KH says she would have been able to bring project home that day at 10am.

And DD said TH told her she wasn't sure when she could bring it home...so DY could see it. Which explains the e-mail to the teacher. Kaine may know alot of things now, that he didn't pay attention to then....KWIM?

He did say her using the truck to move the project made sense, since it wouldn't fit in the trunk of her Mustang. The day before, she took the project to the school in the truck. But obviously the problem is that she didn't bring the project home in the truck. It seems she was expected to stay until the end of the science fair and at that point the projects would be taken home.

The e-mailing the teacher about the project seems fishy too because she would have known the projects would not be needed at school after the fair and the logical thing would have been to pick Kyron up after school and grab the project then instead of having him take the bus home. Especially since Desiree wanted to see the project and they were taking Kyron to her house that night. It's clear to me why this stuff doesn't add up.

Yes, I agree to everything above! =)

So what was her real reason for using the truck that day?

I hate to even ask this as I have not questioned anything about KH, the father.....the question tho is this.....did he ask TH where the project was when he got home from work? Surely he knew she had said she was using the truck to take/pick-up the project......so did he ask where it was? Gawd I am so confused. Where are you Kyron??:banghead:

Most probably not...I doubt he thought too much about it, but then he could have and TMH told him something that didn't raise any red flags until after the fact.... From what I gathered in the interview TMH told DY one thing about bringing home the project after she had told Kaine another thing about bringing home the project...JMO

I think he said in the audio that the issue occurred to him in hindsight only.

I really don't have that much of a problem with the project not coming home. I can see several scenarios that would be totally innocent:
Example -- TH plans to stay for the entire science fair (perhaps even help) and take the project home at the end of it (around 10am). TH takes Kyron to school, goes in to look at projects - baby gets fussy. TH is not going to hang around the school for over an hour with a crying baby. By the time the baby settles down, she has other plans (gym, lunch, etc), so when she gets home she emails the teacher to find out when she can pick the project up, maybe checking to see if someone will be at the school after hours and she can get it when they go after ice cream or when she takes Kyron to his mom's house.

That audio interview cleared up a lot of questions I had on the truck. Both KH and DY agreed the truck was needed to transport the project due to it's size and that the truck was also used to take the project to the school. They also stated the SF reports were to have done on Thursday.

So maybe TH thought she could pick the project up first thing in the morning only to find out when she got there that the projects would have to stay in place until all the students got to tour them and that wasn't expected to be over with until 10am. Two hours is a long time for a someone with a toddler that has to be watched/held so I could see why TH might decide to leave and then email the teacher as to when she could come get it.

I was a pretty laid back mom and was accustomed to the goal posts shifting all the time (TH fits the profile - KH not) meaning that ok at 8 a.m. I am ''planning' to take the project home but with fussy todder etc -- that plan might have to change)

I don't see how Terri could claim that she didn't remain at the school until 10 because babyK was fussy. If that was the case, why did she then spend so much time at those two stores where she got "time stamps"? I still am not sure if babyK was with her at the school. That would have really made her even more noticable, pushing a stroller probably and trying for a quick sly exit? I think she took the truck because it wouldn't stand out like her red hot foxy Mustang. She had somewhere to go, something to do, and could not risk drawing attention to her travels.
This is IMO.
