I think the STRESS of finances had a definate hand. I just don't think she was looking to get that small inheritence. I think it's all raw emotion here.
That is what I was talking about before with this case coming in so quickly. Yeah, the State had all their ducks in a row, but I don't think they had the luxury of the "why" that we have had in the last decade.
Do I blame them? Not at all. They had the goods. They had the evidence.
They said a few times that they didn't need motive, and they didn't with all the other mountains of stuff. It's just that we have had time now to figure out the possible "whys". And they have listened. Not because they needed to for any case or retrial, but because I think it might haunt them too sometimes, as to why....why...why would a seemingly quiasi normal person do this?
