after watching fox news last night (Judge J & Geraldo) I understand George, Cindy & Lee will be on the stand "a lot" (their words) this coming week and they hinted to corroboration of all the weird theories. (explosive testimony that will turn the trial around)

I think that will turn off this jury. Turn the trial around? So the defense doesn't think its going well? I feel certain Lee was supposed to testify differently and then just could not do it, which evoked all that emotion.

Maybe they will all have a good Sunday remembering their granddaughter and niece then get back up there on the stand and give it the ol' college try one more time.

Just my opinion...

They are probably rehearsing their testimony with JB/CM as we speak ...

I don't think Lee has aged. He has more gray hair, that is all I can see. He probably is graying early as I believe George did. Look at George's white hair and he is only in his early fifties. I believe George's hair started graying early.
Lee is just following in his fathers footsteps, as JB would say. Sarcasm!

I don't get why Lee would have gone to the DT after supposedly hearing he may be accused of being the father of Caylee when he had the paternity test done way, way back in the beginning of the investigation, which proved he wasn't the father. Why would he be worried about this now when it was already proven he'd been cleared? To me, it had to be something else he talked to them about...but what? Maybe he was pointing out that very fact...IDK. :waitasec:

Thinking about JB's OS. Which IMO was orchestrated with imput from CA and agreed to by the entire A family. With embellishment from(JB nasty mouth, surprise, surprise) was used for shock value and to try and put doubt in the jurors mind. Was never planned to be used by the DT for anything other than those two reasons. IMO was promised to the A family that they would never have to testify to it. IMO JB ***shrugs*** perhaps says, don't worry about it. Everyone already knows that ICA lies, no one will believe it. You'll never have to testify to anything. Now, JP wants them to commit to their OS and the entire JB and "A" are in a panic. IMO

she had to sit through nearly a week without anybody talking about her...So had a weeks worth.. You are right it seemed real for the first time.Her relationship with LA is of course very very different than CA GA...

I am old so help me out here, men haven't started going to baby showers have they?

LOL!! yes, they do. I guess everything has changed...my son went to one. His co worker invited everyone from where they worked. I know he knows nothing about babies (haha) so asked him what gift he bought her and he said they all chipped inand bought her a deluxe stroller

In my day it was ladies only. I think most men wouldve found it boring.

With all due respect, I highly doubt that the "A"'s orchestrated the OS and it was agreed to by the entire A family. That's a pretty broad statement. Why would they allow JB to go ahead with his OS only for GA to get up on the stand and deny it. That doesn't make much sense. They are waaaaaaay smarter than JB on his best day and he's stuck with what he said because that's what his "client" he soooooo believes in told him was the story. The A's are in a panic because their princess is looking at the very least a very long long time away.......and at the very most.......the DP. That's GOT to be ever present on their minds and I doubt that they are following JB's cues just because he thinks that's the best strategy. If anything, they have their own strategy. I will admit that at this point, I wouldn't be surprised at much this clan could dish out.

Lee has, and rightfully so, a lot of resentments about KC... I hope whoever he marries has a nice, well adjusted, extended family.

I still have not recovered from his"famous" Summit County, Ohio Judge sex scandal case in the late 70s/early80s.
He is seen, with cameras rolling, running down the street going after one of the players in the story screaming Qs at him. The tough, go get him, in your face "journalist" was later seen that night having dinner and drinks with the guy

Nowadays there's something called "diaper parties" sort of mixed company baby showers where the guests drink...there was one around my area last year where a respected teacher left one, came back hours later, broke into the wrong house and got shot dead. I'd never heard of such a thing but there was a lot of talk around about them being the latest fad in baby showers.

I noticed it too. He does look 10 years older! Imagine the daily stress of just going to the grocery store, out to dinner, work. They come into contact daily with the public who have watched their dysfunction and heard their lies over the past 3 years. I would imagine they get a lot of reverb from the angry public (Florida taxpayers) on a regular basis. They are not well-liked. I would be scared to leave the house if I were in their shoes. CA probably doesn't skip a beat though. Her powerful narcissism allows her to soldier on and combat anything negative thrown at her. Her hair is still perfect and she obviously gets to the mall to update her 'ensembles'. She should get a job, I don't think she deserves to get disability for stress. She should be ashamed of herself when she takes a look at what toll this has taken on Lee and George. And now she expects them to admit to incest. What a deranged woman. She should be on trial. In a just and perfect world, she would be. JMO.

I have a hard time believing any dog of Cindy Anthony would DARE to have a flea. Cindy Anthony was such a good doggie mama that her dog would never have a flea. And anyone who said the doggie had a flea was just lying.

But Cindy said she would fudge her time card so no overtime ever showed up. I think the SA needs to find emails she sent from work on those dates to prove she was there. LDB asked Cindy if her emails would still be stored on Gentiva's server, Cindy said no, so I guess that means they are still there.

CA DID post overtime though if you look at her timecards. And as crazy as it sounds the week with the MOST overtime is the week in question when the computer searches took place.

He said in his testimony he noticed the crib and the Pooh items. When did he say "he never saw it"? Guys don't notice too much when it comes to that stuff unless it looks like it's put together as an entire room. For all he knew, until he noticed the "bump", he was clueless and may have thought the crib was either a gift for someone else or was being stored there. What is the implication if he didn't notice an entire room until it was done? When he did ask, he was told to "let it go".
