LE doesn't have to guess.They got their info despite the obstruction of KC ,Cindy,George and Lee.
If someone breaks into your home and assaults you and steals your possesions who are YOU going to call?

Per your bold one I offer up the Forensic Entomology Report that was released 11/06/09. It clearly states on page 1 and page 7 that there are coffin flies because of the decomp in the trunk, in the trash bag and on the napkins/paper towels. So that has been proven already.

I suspect Dr. Baden has watched the long ago movie, Adam's Rib, starring Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy. They played attorneys who were married to one another and ended up opposing each other in a murder trial -- wife shot cheating husband. It's a classic.

Oh, and it certainly didn't do anything for his love life or their marriage.

I'll bite..............there has been previous speculation and discussion about "A family code". I wonder what the reason for "riddles" would be. Not only that...as I have stated previously, when it comes time for trial, we will also being hearing from expert witnesses to discuss and opinion the various reports, lab findings, etc that we are seeing now (with no explanation) and in which we are trying to speculate what they reflect.

The evidence we HAVE seen will be much more clear and understandable when explained by a person deemed as an "expert" in that particular field.

I am looking forward to the SA extracting the information they need from the experts. I also think the cross examination of these experts will be very interesting.

Thank you for this comment. I agree that Fbi appears to be impartial. I found it interesting that the shorts were 100 percent cotton and still in tact.

I wonder if this has to do with water submersion, and you just took my brain somewhere (watch out when that happens)....Caylee's body had been scattered, but IIRC, the portion of her body with the shorts appears to have been dragged from the upper portion of her body while there was still soft tissue, and was maybe still in the shorts...Correct me if I am wrong there, and I will go back to the original docs to find out why I thought that...

Anyway, if her torse was submerged but her lower portion was not submerged, due to being dragged away from the "ditch", perhaps water broke down the cotton in her shirt faster than the shorts would have decomposed in the air...

Which could also mean that Caylee had been dismembered by animals when the area was dry and the shorts stayed dry...which would peg the time that Caylee's body was there to before August 18-19th, before Fay.

My brain just let out a little puff of smoke, gotta take a breather...Make any sense?

Y Melich had already been told by Cindy that Casey was lying about everything, was out of control and needed to be in jail. He was soon to find out what a liar she was first hand. As Mark Klaas says there is NO punishment severe enough for these sadistic bullies like Casey, these murderers of helpless little children. NTS I respect your opinion about innocence. However, I would give your posts alot more credence if they were not so blatantly incorrect and false or if you gave links to that information.

It is my understanding that the judge actually ordered two psych exams when KC was first released, and no, we have not seen any results of that testing, nor do I expect that we will.

No respect for Mark Klaas "whatsoever"? Does this mean that any "bad" he does (in your own opinion) greatly outweighs any "good" he has done in utilizing his personal tragedy towards the prevention of missing and exploited children?

Couple good cotton tidbits here, and I am trying to stay on topic by applying this directly to the time that Caylee's body was there, which will help us to understand the primary question-Did KC have the opportunity to place Caylee there? And would the duct tape fibers have degraded in the water faster than the shorts degraded some distance away?

There are more links on this that make my head spin a little, but it seems acidic, stagnant water and fungus all have their effects on cotton. Caylee's body was located by a tree covered in fungus IIRC.
