Prosecutor Andy Ekonomov said, "Are you the mother of Antonio Angel Santiago?:

"Yes," replied West.

Ekonomov asked, "What did you do when you got to the post office?

"I locked the stroller and went inside to mail the letter," said West

Ekonomov asked, "How long did it take you?

"Less than an hour," said West.

Ekonomov asked, "What time was it?"

"Between 8:30 and 9:00," said West.

Ekonomov asked, "Where were you going? "Back home."

West is breathing heavily on stand, drinking water, and the jury is taking lots of notes.

The prosecution begins showing pictures of baby Antonio alive to the jury. The photos are from Christmas and his first and only birthday. West looks at the photos and begins to cry. She eventually turns away from the photos.
