401 motions hearing today huh? sounds like there may have been some motions filed concerning the relevance or admissibility of certain evidence. No clue which side filed them based on the info above but it was most likely defense trying to get some evidence thrown out. JMO

Rule 401. Test for Relevant Evidence

yep it is a lousy court site - not much info...

Unfortunately - "something" happened - and I can no longer access the Clayton County court site. I shall leave the case #s below - so if anyone else reading here can access it - you'll have the #s.

@Bethan - since you are helping me with another Clayton County case - I was wondering if you could help me on this one.
In the above post - I have left their case #s on there. TIA if you can find the next hearing date!

@Niner. I’m very new at looking on court sites, so not sure if I’m doing it right!

Napoleon Tracey Ates is for a Jury Trial on 5/19/25.

I couldn’t find anything further listed for Porsche Renee Wells.

I’ll take another look tomorrow.

Thank you - this is good enough for me! I appreciate your help on this one!

And her first name is spelled PORSHE - so maybe try that name. And she is probably going to be tried on the same dates as Ates. At least they have had their hearings on the same dates.

@Niner, yes I checked I had the correct spelling, yesterday & today, still nothing more ( in fact I have access to less information than 2 days ago)

I wonder if it’s because I’m in the UK?
