darn it, I had really hoped that the press would at least offer minimal coverage of this trial. :(

Yes - me too... :(

and still nothing on the news articles - but I will keep posting until I hear from @Bethan & see what the court site says. Hopefully she is "around"! :)

Wish I could access the court site - but after it's hacking I couldn't get in...

Having trouble understanding the court site.
Looks like the trial didn’t happen on 6/23/25 & there is a new date of 8/11/25.

Please can somebody else take a look.
It may just be me due to inexperience of looking at/interpreting the court site, my apologies if I’ve confused things!

I am seeing a docket entry as follows made on 8/6/25

08/06/2025 Image Document CONFLICT LETTER

I am praying this is not an attorney or the judge preparing to withdraw from this case because that would surely lead to more delays. Hoping Bethany can shed some light.

but the 8/11/25 entry is still up there as the most recent:
08/11/2025 Calendar 08:00 AM Room 401 Jury Trial Calendar

there are new entries to the docket but I can't for the life f me make sense of them other than it appears an attorney has bowed out? Never seen it written like this before though? So maybe I am misinterpreting? And I am not sure why this appears on Ates' dcket if it pertains to Wells?

Definitely strange entries??!! I can make heads or tails out of it either??!! Now wondering "what" are all those dates - beginning with Sept. 3rd, etc. ?? Seems strange if they are trial dates - or is the attorney on Leave for those dates - AH - that might be - so the attorney Might be gone those dates - what do you think?
So - it looks like NO trial.... guess we will have to wait for more docket updates. And finding no current articles on this case.
