Wisconsin Rapids paramedics were loading a patient into the ambulance when a man, who was later identified as Benjamin Feltz, 37, allegedly jumped into the driver’s seat. The paramedics attempted to stop Feltz, but he sped away with the patient still inside the ambulance, police said.
