Full interview with clerk and witnesses.

"HE KEPT SAYING, 'I DIDN'T DO IT.'" RAW VIDEO: I spoke with a store clerk and customers who say they called police after Christopher McNabb walked into a Covington convenience store Sunday night. Officers arrested McNabb, who is considered a person of interest in the case of a deceased baby. His relatives say the baby who was found dead in the woods is McNabb' s two-week-old daughter, Caliyah. She was reported missing Saturday morning from her home, according to investigators.

I thought that is what it says, but what the heck does that mean?

I think it may harken back to a Machine Gun Kelly (aka MGK) song. It kind of means, if it's the same lingo I'm used to kinda hearing, is that you face up to the world and your problems, and you lace up your shoes and do what ya gotta do. Either way sittin' around during the bad times isn't going to get you nowhere. You stay loyal (loyalty tatt) with your crew and they stay loyal to you. (Just a guess.)

Extensive info at this link about father's arrest record. It started in 2007 with 16 charges, and then he's had many probation violations since then, including 2011 and 2017. Has all of his booking photos, starting in 2007. https://www.covnews.com/news/crime/breaking-ncso-investigating-missing-baby/
Bartow County sheriff's Sgt. Jonathan Rogers said McNabb was first arrested in 2007 on 16 charges including three burglary, five theft by taking, four criminal trespass, three criminal damage to property (second degree) and one entering an automobile to commit a theft.
According to the Georgia Department of Corrections website, McNabb was released from the Macon State Prison on Sept. 2, 2016. According to his GDOC incarceration details, he has also been arrested in Fayette County and Coweta County.
The Coweta County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) confirmed a 2011 arrest of McNabb in an incident involving a vehicle pursuit in his father's 2007 Ford Escape. According to the incident report, McNabb had only been out of prison for five weeks and his father was hoping he "would straighten his life up," when he stole the vehicle and it was later involved in an incident in Fayette County.

That poor baby!

I am so sorry Caliyah.

RIP little one.

:( :( :(

Does anyone think it's possible he didn't do this?

Anything is possible. We won't know anything until COD is released. My husband thinks it could have been SIDS and they might have panicked because there were drugs in the house and the dad was on probation.

UPDATE (Oct. 9, 4:10 p.m.):*Newton County Coroner Tommy Davis said autopsy results will most likely come Tuesday as the investigation continues into the death of 15-day-old*Caliyah C. McNabb.*

"We're still gathering some information and records and still actively investigating," he said.*

In regards to the forehead tat,the lace up means "boxing gloves" not sneakers.Lacing up boxing gloves like for a fight. Not that it really matters with a deceased baby.
