NCSO Captain Keith Crum said Caliyah C. McNabb was born prematurely on Sept. 24 and weighs about 5 pounds. She has dark hair, dark eyes and a mole on her hairline on the left side.
Crum said both the child's mother and father reported seeing her around 5 a.m. for a feeding. She was then placed in a back bedroom of the residence with her 2-year-old sister. The parents slept in another room of the residence. . Around 10 a.m., the father noticed the child was missing and searched the residence and the surrounding area and was unable to locate the child.

ETA: 5 hours? Babies eat every 2 to 4 hours. At least mine did.

Wow she is tiny. I dont have a good feeling about this hopefully i am wrong.

What is the father saying at the end..that's my child or job? I can't make it out. I wonder if the two yr-old saw something? I realize she is only two, but could shake her head yes if asked if someone came in her room and took the baby. Praying is safe somewhere!! edited to add: no one checked on her for 5 hrs?! My 2 week old babies ate every 2-3 hrs and I would never have not looked in on them for 5 hours! Where was mom? Did the baby wake up crying and the two yr-old try to comfort her and dropped her (I know that sounds absolutely horrible, but a 2 yr old could think of the baby as her own doll-baby). I don't want to jump to negative conclusions about the parents, but I have a lot of "what ifs" in my mind from reading about so many babies on WS. moo

Ugh. I'm absolutely sick reading this while I nurse my 8 month old. My 8 month old is still rarely out of my sight and she still sleeps in a crib in our room. Ugh. I don't know that I can see this ending well. :(

I'm nursing my 2 year old while reading this. He sleeps with me. I hope this ends well...

Mine slept for 6-7hr stretches at that age most nights and nursed 80% of the time the rest of the day. Ha. Formula fed babies do go longer oftentimes though. Im surprised with her being premature they wouldn't make sure to feed her every two hours anyway but maybe they were used to her waking them up to eat and when he woke up realized it had been 5 hours?

Oh no! This is an interview?

I understand an angry father whose child is missing!

Is that a piece of tape or bandaid on left side of face, under his eye? Actual left side.

Something is not right here! The trailer looks like it sits by itself with no one on either side. Hmmmm.........drugs most likely. JMO!

Reminds me of Haleigh Cummings as soon as the father started talking.

My opinion only.

I think that's a tattoo of some sort on his face.

Agree, it looks to me like either a falcon (atlanta falcons) or famous "F" logo (famous stars and straps). JMO.

That interview is... strange.

I think I'm going to bow out of this one for a while. I'm really getting the heebie jeebies here.

"(Th)ats my child!!"

My five kids were with me pretty much 24 hours a day when they were that young. Even my "great sleeper" slept in a bassinet that I could cart around the house with me. I'm fully aware of how exhausting newborns are, but 5+ hours without anyone checking on baby is quite concerning. As always, MOO[emoji230]

I can't even. This is truly a new low in all my years here.

Praying hard for a real swift happy miracle. Against all hope. Still. :please:

At that age and as a preemie I would expect them to still be waking her for feeds, no? I don’t get it. None of this makes any sense. Two sad missing little ones tonight on WS...as I lay in bed next to my sleeping 5 year old. I don’t understand this stuff. Heartbreaking.
