A man was reported missing after his wheelchair was found empty near an elevator at his nursing home.
Charles Taylor, 55, was reported missing from Nurse Care of Buckhead in the 2900 block of Pharr Court South just after midnight on Thursday. Atlanta Police say he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was homeless before becoming a resident of the nursing home.
He is described as a black man with low cut hair, about 5’11 and 210 lbs and wearing a gray shirt, blue pants and red socks without shoes. He does not have any tattoos or distinguishing marks that officials know of.
