I came upon this case knowing nothing so I heard everything like the jury did. I wondered how she moved the body and thought Scott might have done it but changed my mind when the data proved where everyone was that night and thought that she found a away to do it.
I don't believe that she was told this and that about remaining quiet and then stayed quiet. Certainly if she felt she was not being defended sufficiently and there was more to the case, couldn't she have told someone about what she knew and demanded that she testify.
If she saw all of that movement by Scott wouldn't she have told RB or her other children, her mother, or her attorneys in private conversations.
She is a cold, heartless person, a narcissist, a chameleon, whatever! Of course she was nice when she wanted to be to who she wanted to impress or gain gratitude or recognition.
I guess it will either stand as is or be appealed or she will be granted a new trial if new evidence is believed to be there. She can appeal on, if nothing else, ineffective assistance of counsel if ahe feels that way.
This tirade could be believed but it really makes no sense to me that at the 11th hour she is trying to offer new evidence or change a verdict and expected it. She wants what she wants when she wants it. She is the only victim here.
I'm still confused as to any estate there is if any or who is in charge of it.
