Found Deceased GA - Crystal Wilier Hendrix, 27, pregnant, Tift County, 8 March 2013

Nothing new in the media!!! Does Crystal have no family to speak up for her?

Momrids6, if you are a local, would you call TCSO and ask if there are any case updates and if further details are going to be released?

Poor Crystal, who has her children right now?

I am somewhat local...about a 3 hour drive from Tifton.

The lack of info and interest in this case is very odd.

As far as investigators have been able to determine Hendrix was last seen on or about March 8th, 2013.

She has two other young children and Investigators have conducted interviews but have no idea what happened to Hendrix.

"We would really like to find her. Hear from somebody that may know where she's at. We hope that it's a case where maybe she had just went somewhere and left from the residence she shared with another individual, but we don't know that" said Lt. Colonel Bobby Brannen.

ummm, either this "other individual" is a little out of it to realize something could have gone wrong when Crystal left... or they are trying to hide something. is this a boyfriend? is he/she the one caring for the kids that Crystal "left behind"?

fingers crossed that more info starts coming out on this case. if she was still alive, that baby probably would have been born by now.

Thanks for the head's up on this case FHC :seeya:
Does anyone reading here remember the Sunday Blombergh murder?

I recall the Sunday Blombergh case. She was originally from my area and my sister knew her and her family pretty well, as they grew up in the same neighborhood. (I had already moved out of mom & dad's.)

I know a local in Tifton...checking to see if they've heard anything.

ETA - the local hasn't heard anymore than us.

Thank you Cagle for checking.

I hope Sunday's daughter is doing well, poor little thing.

I agree.... I just read the thread, haven't read all the links. Has it been made public who she resided with when she went missing? And if her children lived in the same residence?

The only thing that I can think of is the person at the house was caring for her children so no one knew she was missing, until the children told someone else they miss mommy. And that someone else is possibly a family member.

That no info has been given on the 'roommate' and it was months before she was reported missing, leads me to believe that's the poi.

I wonder, is this roommate the baby and other childrens father?

If you look upstream, I found the name of the property owner. According to the public searches, he lives at the same address as Crystal. He also has a facebook page, but have no idea if this is the father of the baby she was pregnant with.

Good questions Cubby, but we have no answers.

Did she have no family members who would be in touch her? To notice she is no longer around?

Apparently not...how sad.

On the prior page Clu, there was a comment from a neighbor on one of the news stories. That is the only comment from someone who knew her, I have found.

Did her children live with her at the time she went missing? If she lived with her kids , then whatever home / person is with those KIDS when they said they miss their mom has to be a person of interest. Why else would you not say something before the kids to the effect of this lady has vanished?

And I was thinking 8 months pregnant, she disappeared just in the nick of time........for someone's convenience, eh? Poor lady :( When did becoming pregnant put women under such a bullseye ?

It's hard to believe a young woman like this would not be seen for more than 2 months and no one noticed. I agree that this person who lived with her should be looked at very closely. Some states require you to wait 48 hours to report an adult missing, others at least 24 hours, but being that she is pregnant and so far along, wouldn't LE make an exception? I mean, 8 months pregnant and the possibility of being kidnapped should make her a priority. Her life is in danger along with her unborn child's.
I sure hope she is found so that her small children can have their mommy back.

The baby is born now if she is still alive .
