GUILTY GA - Draiden Nichols, 11 months, died, Mom fell asleep in bathtub; Coweta; 9 Jun 2021 *arrest*

*Hearing (@ am ET) - GA – Draiden Shane Nichols (11 mos.) (drowned on June 9, 2021, Coweta, Mom fell asleep while on drugs in bathtub with Draiden) - *Anslie Nicole Brantley (19) arrested & charged (7/30/21), indicted (2/8/22) & arraigned (2/23/22) with felony murder, 2nd degree murder, 3rd degree cruelty to children, 2nd degree cruelty to children & causing a child to be a child in need of services. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. In custody in Alamo, GA.
Investigators found that Brantley had taken drugs & fallen asleep in the bathtub with her son. Draiden was unresponsive when she woke up. After executing a search warrant, police said they found methamphetamine at the home. Kelli Gordon (36) meanwhile was arrested & charged with possession of narcotics. Her five other children were also taken from her & placed in the care of the Georgia Department of Family & Children’s Services.

They do .They lose a device they were signed in with and dont remember the passwords. Served time ? New face book, lose your phone that only ever worked on wifi anyway ?
New face book. Old boyfriend ? New face book.

Felony murder: Nolle Prosequi; Murder 2nd degree: NGP/Alford; Cruelty to children-1st degree: NGP/Alford; Cruelty to children-2nd degree: NGP/Alford; Causing a child to be in need of services: NGP/Alford.
Sentencing:
Murder 2nd degree: 3 years with time served from 2/11/22.
Cruelty to children-1st degree: 20 years probation/CSCT CT 2.
Causing a child to be in need of services: 10 years probation/CSCT CT 2.
All concurrent with prior counts.
