The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. Eva Holmes a black female born 08-10-2002. She is 5'6 and 130 in weight. She has brown eyes and black hair. Eva was last seen at her residence at 1630 hrs on 11/23/2018 wearing a black jacket with fur on collar, blue jeans, grey Jordans and had a black, frozen book bag.
