wvangelderen, has your family spoken to LE about collection of surveillance videos from the homes and businesses in the area? Many cases are "broken" by obtaining such, and as with phone records, needs to be collected and saved in a timely manner or they are gone forever. It might help to know time/movements/vehicles etc. Also, a case which I follow here was greatly impacted in a positive way as the house alarm, the company did a download and could tell the exact time that the house alarm was set/reset etc.


I haven't heard whether the house she was at had either.

We have a few neighbors that have videos from their systems pointed at the street, unfortunately nothing directly on our street.

I did have one thought, to At least try checking her voicemails on her metro pcs line. Most providers you can do this by pressing * during the greeting and entering a password. According Google the default password is 9999 or last 4 of phone no. However I tried both got a response that they were not valid password types. Can anyone help find if MetroPCS changed the default passwords ?

I'm not sure as I don't use Metro, but you might try her birthday MM-DD-YY. I googled and saw a few posts with people saying this was their security code. Not really sure if that's the same thing or not.

O/T For those who have messaging here, it gets full and you need to empty or you cannot receive new private messages. You can increase through settings the size of how many emails your account keeps, up to 200. I think the default is 10 or 20.

Note that the new article has a different license plate number. Perhaps that is what led to the issue and misunderstanding? PWH502 is now in the article and other places we cannot link, previously it was PWH5902 on all the sites.

I'm not a member of the nextdoor, but perhaps someone else here is to contact that person to update?

I know this goes without saying, but have you checked in with all surrounding hospitals? My friend's adult son went missing last summer and after almost 2 weeks, they finally found him in ICU at a major hospital because a nurse happened to see his picture on social media. He had been unconscious and could not tell anyone his name. He's back home and fine now. It might be a good idea to post flyers in local emergency rooms.

Does Jenna have any friends that have garages or someplace else to pull a car in to?

Have you checked parking lots of apt. complexes...Wal-Marts...any place where a ton of cars are always parked? It's easy to hide a car in plain sight there.

Any significant others that would allow her to stay with them?

Have you tried googling the phone number for the metro pcs phone? Also try it on FB and see if she may have a second FB profile attached to that number?

Any luck with contact info stored on the PCS phone? Anything in the recent calls list or texts?

One thing - it seems everyone jumped to the conclusion it was Jenna and one other person who took the tapestry out, but it could have been two people there along with Jenna. The glass being cleaned means someone was wiping off their fingerprints.

Be assertive with law enforcement. They should have taken fingerprints from the frame at least. And maybe the wall near it, along with any furniture near it. Would someone have had to use a ladder or chair to get to it? Make sure those get dusted for prints too.

What type of interests does Jenna have? What are her hobbies? Does she post anywhere like Reddit or Tumblr? Have you looked for a Tinder (or other dating app) profile?

I'm hoping for the best for all of you!
