From the article I posted before this one, I wonder if RB had been sleeping in that apartment? Was the apartment searched on Saturday?

I hope they release the original document today as I'd like to read it in it's entirety. Records are hard to come by in GA it appears. RB's dockets aren't available as one he's a first time offender and they don't make those public, two, they just don't have bookings, mugshots, dockets available online. grrrrr...

According to MSM, the graveyard shift ended at 7:15 AM. Jorelys was already getting off the bus at school by 7:10 AM - while her mom was still at work. Buses begin picking up students far sooner than that. Jorelys could have been on the bus as early as 6:30 AM. I don't know how her mom could have possibly seen her that morning. Also, I would like to see documentation that JR's mom's roommate worked the same shift as her mom.

The 17 y.o. babysitter wasn't at the playground with Jorelys on Friday afternoon and she probably allowed Jorelys to go visit the playground by herself whenever she wanted to.

So on Friday Jorelys should have arrived at school while her mother was getting off work which should explain why Joseline didn't see her daughter in the morning. But an independent investigation is required here and their confidential records at the school and workplace need to be reviewed in order to ensure this is what really transpired.

I heard Joseline and her coworker were sleeping Friday afternoon when Jorelys returned home from school because they worked the night shift. We would need the HR manager to confirm this piece of information and unfortunately we can't access any of these private records. I haven't seen any of these records posted.

The verb "sifting" was not a direct quote from GBI...media used that word and I don't trust the media to know the exact message or info.

Did GBI actual say the interviewed RB for 14 hrs...or once again did that come from the media? If GBI started tracking RB on Tuesday night and he was arrested Wed a little after 12pm, then I don't think GBI had the time to "interview" him for 14 hrs.

Can LE go and conduct an interview with Brunn now?

It is my understanding they saw this during the hours of 1-3pm on Saturday. TO the best of my recollection LE reported those hrs.

Resectfully, I'm not sure why we're sleuthing the babysitter, who is a minor as far as Websleuths is concerned, and is not a named suspect by LE. And for those same reasons, with the exception of being a minor, why we'd sleuth the mother, who is by all accounts a victim.

That being said, an independant investigation was most certainly done by DFCS. If Jorelys was consistantly late to school or missing school, the school would have been obligated to report the truancy and the mother to DFCS (even if it was the babysitter's 'job' to get her off to school.) The only thing it seems mom got reported for, repeatedly, was lack of supervision having to do with when Jorelys got off the bus after school.

I'm also not sure why we'd need to verify mom's hours, though I'm thinking LE has already done that. Are you suggesting the mom and her co-worker/room mate were not at work Thursday night, therefore were not sleeping during the day and ... beat, stabbed, sexually assualted, and murdered Jorelys after she was seen at the playground at 5-5:30 pm on Friday? (ME states time of death about 1-1 1/2 hours from when Jorelys was last seen.) Respectfully, I'm probably just confused as to where your thoughts are. I'm just not sure where you're going with this. :waitasec:

I really wish we had more information on RB too...I think it's hard for a lot of us to believe a 20 yr old is capable of such a horrible crime. But it does look bad (at least to me) that NONE of his family have come (in person) to his defense.

He has representation now so any interviews are probably going through his attorneys unless he has a moment of "I need to talk, I waive my right to have my attorney present.." and I don't see that one happening here.

Respectfully, lots of murderer's families (parents, wives, children) don't believe or want to believe their loved ones are capable of doing such things. Strangely, we haven't heard a single thing from RB's adoptive mother or father/stepfather. Just two adoptive siblings who also didn't show up at the courthouse. Also, IIRC, the older of the two 'brothers' had also initially made a post on his Facebook wall to the tune of, "I don't know what to think--how could he do something like this. If he did do it, he's still my brother..."
I'll see if I can find that.

Regarding Wal-Mart/KMart, sorry, all the articles I've been reading state Walmart. Have they changed the reports?

During an interview with detectives, Brunn said he was at Walmart at the time of Jorelys' abduction and murder, 11Alive's Kevin Rowson reported.

But, after investigators checked security videos at the Walmart, Rowson reported that they were able to conclude that Brunn's alibi didn't hold up.

Yes, he told investigators Walmart. I'd be curious as to when he wrote on his facebook that he sent to KMart, before or after he was interviewed by LE. KMart has video cameras as well.

There are both a KMart and a Walmart about 3 miles away from River Ridge Apts. The Walmart is much bigger, newer, and has better inventory, and even though it is the same distance as the Kmart, the Walmart is an easier and more direct trip. I am sure some people pick Kmart over Walmart, like people who have no transportation and live right next to Kmart...but the whole think is fishy. How'd that one go? "I was at Walmart".."We have checked the tapes, you were not at Walmart." then the friends on FB say "well, he was at KMart." Not buying that...
I am sure there are videos at KMart and would have been checked if he (not his fb friends) said he was there, and then he would have an alibi for some of the time...maybe the guy did go to Walmart or Kmart that day, maybe he went earlier in the day...maybe he went the previous day...but if he had a real solid provable alibi for the time of the abduction/murder, he wouldn't have forgotten what it was when being quesitoned by police.

I agree and I feel 100% sure K-Mart has Video Surveillance.

If RB was at K-Mart then this would have been verified by now and he would not be locked up.

Who gave Dixon the impression Jorelys was with other family members? None of her relatives live in Canton do they? Jorelys was planning to spend this Xmas with her father in PR and she probably wrote about this in her diary.
I think Jorelys' upcoming plans with her father upset her mother.

I noted in my original post it was something from FB (not from MSM or LE) and that we identified this early on during our FB searches once we found out POIs name . . . also, there are people supporting Ryan & lots of information is out there if you search.

So if all that they thought was feces was actually blood, then there was blood all over the floor and toilet? Wow..

All over the toilet? It sounds to me like JR may have gone in to visit with him and maybe asked to go to the bathroom, and that's where he attacked her. Being furnished, she wouldn't have been suspicious. I also tend to think it wasn't her first time to visit him there.

I don't get how they thought blood was feces - they both need to have their digestive systems checked out.

I am confused why people (other than RB's family) HOPE he is innocent. If he is innocent, then 1. there is still a child rapist/murderer out there that has not been arrested and 2. no one will be punished by the legal system for the crime and 3. RB and his family will have gone through this arrest and suspicion for nothing. I, therefore, HOPE he IS GUILTY because then 1. the perp is in custody 2. he is paying for his crime 3. RB and his family are going through this for a justified reason.

wasn't Walmart he was shopping therefore he would not be on Walmart's video, he was at KMart (according to FB) & I've heard nothing from LE about that.

I don't know if RB is okay with lying or not - his family is saying this is not something he would/could do . . . those are the people who know him.

And yes, I do believe there is more involved than we are privy to & Jorelys' diary is key.

I bet Jorelys recorded the plans she was making with her father in her diary.
