Interesting that some reports said nothing appeared to be stolen, while this one says surveillance eq was stolen. I guess the perps didn't want to be seen. This case smells like an insider/close associate job, esp with shot to rear of Mr. Ratliff's head. Does anyone know if he had a safe?
