How would he be involved in it if it happened in minutes and he was verified to be somewhere else at the time? That's like the definition of alibi. Are you saying the other kid orchestrated a hit? Serious question.
The alibi itself is weak, IMO. What was he doing? why would KJ's parents point out this kid specifically, and boom - he has an alibi and it's that he was on the other side of the school? If they wanted a rock solid alibi they should have just said he wasn't even at school...There are reportedly tapes that show other students in the gym at the time KJ was there so who's to say this other boy didn't make sure he was somewhere else while KJ was being murdered? Like I said, I believe there are more people than only a handful know are involved and I think someone will crack. Somebody has to have a mom, dad, or family friend high up there trying to keep the school and those involved from inevitably investigated.
Personally I think this has something to do with a rivalry...or school yard confrontations, disgruntled teammates or something...
