Him being on the eastbound side of I-20 is not sitting right with me. It may be incorrect information, but if not, he would've had to have walked across the bridge over I-20 to get there. That road doesn't look particularly pedestrian-friendly. Maybe someone local can enlighten us.

Hambrick said the identification is based on evidence found at the scene with the remains along I-20 a mile west of Highway 5 on the eastbound side of the interstate.

That and the fact that they were so quick to rule out foul play before an autopsy was even conducted have not been sitting right with me either. While I certainly hope that is not what happened, I also hope that they thoroughly look into other possibilities before closing his case.
