I don't understand why they are taking so long to bring justice for LaTania.

Okay - I had to google "Application for leave of court" thingy.

What is LEAVE OF COURT? Permission obtained from a court to take some action which, without such permission, would not be allowable; as, to sue a receiver, to file an amended pleading, to plead several pleas.


So - they have a date for July 22-25 - do you think they will be in court? On the court site for "next court hearing" for Tanya it is blank.
