Wow good find! Earlier this year I watched "Miranda's Victim" and was unimaginably angry for the survivor of his crime.

"irrespective of what one might think of the origins of Miranda,6 it has been binding precedent for over 60 years"

This is also one of those cases where Miranda seems to be slowing justice.

The big delay now makes sense. I wish Tripp would just see his family and confess, I think that would give everyone (including him) some relief.

Unfortunately, no new updates for either Leon Tripp or Tanya Tripp. (Last entry date for LT was 12/3/2024 for a Notice of Leave of Absence. Last entry date for TT is 9/30/2024.)

Bond reduction denied (3/25/24).

she is held without bond....

I would rather have them be incarcerated and in limbo than out being able to hurt someone else. I agree though,.very frustrating.
