Moore, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia, announces the sentencing of Joseph Aaron Reese, age 32, of Columbus, Georgia, for violations of Title 18 United States Code, Section 2252 (a) (2), receipt of child pornography. On August 16, 2011, United States District Court Judge Clay D. Land sentenced Reese to 240 months in prison and a mandatory assessment fee of $100. Reese received the maximum sentence provided by law and was immediately taken into custody.
