There's a presser at 1pm EST so maybe just waiting? Not sure though. Usually they don't say anything until they're ready to say the outcome...

Also, the bit about punching and kicking wasn't in the article when I first saw it so they keep adding to it. But that's horrible

I don't know. It would seem she'd be charged with murder, instead she's being charged with cruelty. My hope is that they found Amari alive but badly beaten.

LE needed to hold her on something and they usually get everything in order before charging.
But I do hope I am wrong and she is somewhere alive.

I was just checking to see what the "cruelty to children 1st degree" means and there have been homicides where this was one of the charges included.
