GA - Parents Charged w Murder for starving Daughter, Vyolet Kelley, to death on Army Base, Ft. Stewart Nov. 2024

The crime was committed while Brandon Kelley was an enlisted soldier at the time of the girl's death last fall. A federal Grand Jury has just now indicted both parents.

Upon conviction, the Kelleys face potential penalties up to life in prison. There is no parole in the federal system.

A federal court unsealed the federal indictment on Aug. 8.

A federal grand jury indicted them for felony murder and two counts of second-degree murder, all counts alleging that the child died because she was deprived of adequate nourishment and medical care while living at the Fort Stewart Military Reservation.

sadly I was unable to locate any sort of obituary for Vyolet and none of the articles I have found state her age or share any photos of her. RIP Vyolet

I realise what you can see on someone's social media does not accurately reflect their life but I can only see evidence of them having a son. Of course, there may have been photos of their daughter they kept private. Was she only a baby?

The pregnant pic they took was in 2021 and HK was already born according to the rumors.

so far no info has been released on Vyolet's age lots of info about son HK and one post on mom's page indicates they won't try for another child until he reaches at least 1yr old.

This is... so strange. There really doesn't seem to be any evidence of her existing before her death. Neither of the obituaries for the grandparents on the mother's side make mention of them being survived by a grandchild, so she was either younger than 5, or... very forgotten.

I deuced she was born in 21 or 22 . unless there was another baby that she didnt carry to term. Also not confirmed but in my head the little girl is either almost 4 or almost 5 .
