Michelle is the mother of the teenager who testified yesterday.

We're getting a different member of the prosecution team for this witness, the woman, don't know her name.

She's confirming most of the time, DY brought the kids, and that Quinton was staying with them increasing amounts. That he regularly stayed overnight.

LS was erratic with paying.

"There was a difference in the love she showed between Z and Quinton."

Quinton would cry and not want to go with LS. He would go with DY with no trouble.

LS would say she loved Z more that Quinton. "Z had been her ride and die his whole life, and she hated Quinton's father."

LS would always feed Z first, and make Quinton wait. Every time.

She reported the ditch issue to DFax.

Quinton loved cheese. Wanted Mac and cheese all the time. Loved blimpy. Loved bubbles.

Z would come clothed and clean.

Quinton would come dirty with poop and spoiled milk. They would bathe him first thing when he arrived.

The witness complained to BJH about it.

Eventually, they bought clothes for Quinton that were kept at her house.

When she arrived on the day Quinton went missing, nobody had called the police. DY was home at this point.

LS was chain smoking and screaming.

She ended up taking Z to her house.

Hilliard is berating her for not contacting the police, etc.

He's trying to insist that DY sending the text says something about DY being responsible for what happened.

She says that LS was "screaming but not crying" when Quinton was missing. Hilliard says she was biased against LS and prejudged her emotional reactions.

This witness works for the police, formerly for CID as a detective. She's currently working narcotics, hence the no camera.

She had contact with LS, DY, and PS at the station, but primarily, her involvement was writing search warrants.

She also interviewed BM and his girlfriend.

I will say, as much as Hilliard gets on my nerves at times, he has done some excellent crosses, he's made good arguments when there have been things raised outside the jury's hearing, and his in court decorum is good. You can see that he's being respectful to the prosecution side of things in their basic interactions, and there's no shady stuff going on while the prosecution is talking to their witnesses. No 'mean girls ' giggling with Leilani like there was between Letecia and at least one of her counsel.

This witness got the search warrants for the infotainment system from the car and Life 360 app.

Search warrant for medical records for Flowers Hospital and St John's Hospital. I assume these are for the basic medical records for Quinton already mentioned, for the fever/cough etc. and maybe for his birth?

Search warrant for Verizon, for DY's phone records.

They'd already got an emergency warrant earlier, this was a more formal request done some time later.
