Describes her demeanor as inconsistent, erratic. Her emotional responses shallow, crying with no tears. The crying, volume increases, and erratic responses increased whenever pressed.

They visited DY's work to corroborate his story about how he reacted and what he did when he received the phonecall about Quinton being missing.

He interviewed Missy, found out that she hadn't had contact with LS since July. He saw the text messages about the gas can.

When they disclosed the Azalea video footage and the fact that Missy denied having met LS and given her orajel, DY agreed to the motel bug.

Defense claims that the state wants to add on two witnesses.
State claims they are not a 'surprise'. The defense wants them omitted, however judge will allow them, and allow the defense to question them first.

Discussing another interview with LS on October 12th. Within it, LS discloses drug use the night of the crime, and that she never met Missy. This is when the 'trash dumping' feature was added to the story.

No explanation for her describing opening the bag and 'smelling the trash' before she threw it away.

Sounds like these witnesses are ones they couldn't put on the stand and question about certain things until defense opened the door the other day.
