Apparently the break will be longer and the jury will be dismissed for the day.
Whitaker said the break will be until 2 p.m.
Court will resume with jurors tomorrow with the state's upcoming witnesses.

They took their morning break in #YSL #YoungThug and then judge/attorneys went into a sidebar with our camera ordered on the seal/no audio. There's apparently an issue with a juror. The jury has been dismissed for the day. Parties will be back at 2pm ET to argue other matters. Jury back tomorrow with witnesses.

It seems that something is going on with a juror, so Whitaker decided just to dismiss them for the day and continue tomorrow with the state's witnesses.

Court is with attorneys and defendants only today, as they continue to argue different stuff ahead of the upcoming witnesses.

Judge Whitaker did not address the juror issue much other than they should be back on Monday.

Revise that, court is done for the day after it appears the state and defense attorneys were not entirely ready for a full day of motions.

Seems like the juror issue has been resolved as court is underway with the state’s next witness, APD office Adrian Pitts, who is testifying about shooting on Adele Avenue SW on April 18, 2015.

Whitaker said IT people will come in today after court and “actually” fix the audio system.
