The Judge says according to her information, QZ is back in Grady hospital.
Ms Love confirms.
his lawyer, who last talked to QZs family last night, says no one had made him aware of that.
Judge cuts the camera and audio for the rest of this discussion, but Ms Love had some stuff to say about QZ other than this.
to be clear, as of 2AM this morning QZ was still at rice street.
looks like they kept him in there over the weekend and then back to the hospital this morning.
For the first time, Judge Whitaker mentioned to our camera person that we shouldn't be showing them at the bench at sidebar. More than a year and a half into trial and neither Glanville or Whitaker has said that before. (of course we never have audio at sidebar but I don't understand the problem showing them)

The state had removed a lot of witnesses from their list that they now say, due to defense objections during current testimony, they have to add them back in for chain of custody testimony. That's the additional 28 witnesses they've added back to their witness list.
