FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Testimony on Tuesday in the RICO trial of alleged criminal street gang Young Slime Life and rapper YoungThug centered around an undercover drug deal.
Channel 2′s Michael Seiden has been in the Fulton County courtroom since testimony began last week.
On Tuesday, jurors heard from several law enforcement witnesses about a 2020 drug deal involving an alleged YSL gang member who took a plea deal last month.

#YoungThugTrial: Investigator McKesay describes a situation from 2020 where he noticed a man in the front seat of a red sedan with a rifle. McKesay, who was on scene to simply to purchase gas, was armed during the incident and in uniform.McKesay observed a man coming out of the store, screaming, “I’M KILL THIS MFer.”

First witness today is testifying about overt act 114. 09/05/2020 - #YoungThug's brother, Quantavious Grier aka Unfoonk, ends up being charged with theft by receiving stolen property. In this #YSL RICO case, Grier pleaded guilty and was out on probation when he got picked up in May of this year for violated probation and sentenced to 9 years 6 months.
