Motions hearing pushed back to 2pm. There’s rumblings that the delay is because a felony fugitive arrest warrant was served to someone in the courtroom.

Judge Glanville said a juror is moving out of the county soon after their lease ends at the end of month.During jury selection, the juror told the court that she might be moving. Glanville said they have some time before making a decision on the juror.

"We are still having some technology challenges from our recent situation that has belabored our county. We've been doing the best we can with that issue," Glanville said about the continuous cyberattack issue Fulton County has been dealing with for the past few weeks.

In typical #YSL #YoungThug trial fashion, court was supposed to start at 1pm, actually started at 2:35pm and Judge Glanville has a hard stop at 4pm.

Public defender Angela D'Williams will have her motion to withdraw held on Friday.

WOW! The woman on the stand is with the public defender's office. She said she doesn't want to have anymore discussion with Angela D'Williams, "She asked her co-counsel to lie for her. We don't know who we're dealing with." She had to be told that there is no co-counsel, there are other co-defendant's counsel. BTW, D'Williams in an independent contractor, not an employee with the public defender's office.

Explosive accusation from Omotayo Alli, executive director at the Georgia public defendant's office. She is insinuating that Angela D'Williams is scheming to get more money.

Angela D'Williams contract has been renegotiated to $5K month for the duration of the trial. Court is recessed until Tuesday.

Fegan is charged with participation in criminal street gang activity and criminal solicitation to commit the offence of tampering with evidence.

Nicole Fegan represents Tenquarius Mender aka Nard aka Stunna. Mender had his case severed from the current trial back on 5/3/23.

Fegan provided information she had learned during a preliminary hearing related to the shooting and advised the suspect to dispose of his phone as police were going to arrest him. She was not representing him at the time, police confirmed.

YSL Attorney Angela D'Williams, who represents co-defendant Rodalius Ryan, has requested to be withdrawn from the case due to financial reasons. A witness testified that Attorney D'Williams stated that she is getting paid $55,000 for the case. Rapper Young 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and several other alleged YSL members are on trial for RICO charges.

YSL Judge Ural Glanville denied Attorney Angela D'Williams' request to withdraw from the case after the attorney and the Georgia Public Defender's Council came to an agreement on Friday. Attorney Williams will now be paid $5,000 a month through the duration of the trial.

Most of the morning was spent arguing over a 911 call, that Young 🤬🤬🤬🤬's attorney Brian Steel does not want admitted.Judge Glanville said he waned to be done by 11 a.m. but it ran a bit long and he is going to hold off on ruling so the jury can be brought in.

It’s 11:45 and the jury still hasn’t been brought in. Judge Glanville just said that he got a note from a juror and is allowing attorneys to see it but hasn’t said what the note says.
