NK claims Mindi died at a doctor’s office in Savannah but can’t provide a doctor’s name or address
NK says he was instructed to leave the office without seeing Mindi’s body because it had been cremated
NK admits he lied about Mindi’s death to others because Jim had advised secrecy
Cell phone records, security footage, and purchase receipts place him at the locations where Mindi’s body parts were found
Sands presses NK about his inconsistencies, including the knife purchase and a car wash visit
NK denies killing Mindi and claims he was misled by Jim

GPS coordinates of Mindi’s remains align with these locations
Detailed drive testing was conducted on the AT&T and T-Mobile towers in the area to confirm site locations
The T-Mobile Tower captured NK’s phone in the area of the remains at 10:04-10:05 am
The T-Mobile Tower recorded NK’s phone activity at 10:15 am and then again 12:03 pm, with a two-hour gap and no calls or texts during reviewed periods
*MY THOUGHTS — noticeably absent from the tweets is the testimony of the tool markings analyst. TBF, I’m not sure why the prosecution even called her because she said the “false starts” (or deep lacerations) in the arm and leg bones were made with a power tool, and she couldn’t definitively say that any of the markings were made with the knife recovered from the crime scene. Maybe they had to call her or the defense would try to argue that investigators weren’t thorough or they’d claim the prosecution was hiding exculpatory evidence? It’s also totally possible that she provided useful testimony and it just went over my head.
