The jury should disregard both of the nannies' testimony for the reason that of course they would be "happy" because Rusty didn't have any idea of the affiar!! So Rusty had no reason to be unhappy...he didn't know of the reality of the situation. And Andrea is obviously a good actress and didn't show him her dissatisfaction with the marriage....or perhaps she even enjoyed having two lovers...that is if she still had sex with Rusty, who knows...we don't know the details of their relationship. But whatever it was, obviously Andrea didn't change her behavior towards him, so why would he act differently?? In fact...he and Andrea's relationship had maybe gotten better in sexual terms...not to get too graphic, but maybe Andrea was turned on by her secret affair and being "bad," and this translated to being "naughty" at home, too, if you know what I mean.

Shayna Citron testified that Andrea told her that she and Rusty hadn't had sex in quite some time. So, the jury has heard testimony that conflicts with the defense's tale of a happy home life. JMO

And really, what would Shayna Citron's motive to lie under oath be? I found her a credible witness (but very very dramatic).

Thank you!! :) I'm hunting and pecking in here..is it with the Rabbi on the stand in response to an objection? (sorry to be so high maintenance, I'm just kind of pressed for time)

Yes, about three to four minutes in.

bbm

Do you think it's the old "baffle 'em with b-s" technique, Jewels?! You may be right about that -- we'll see!

That would be a big mistake and it would also provide all on-lookers with some afternoon comedy, IMO. We'll see....

Sorry bornden, I had to leave during his testimony. Is he done? How did the state do in cross?

From what I heard before I left, he really didn't give any added value to the cell tower info.

I was just telling my Mom about the trial, and brought up the cruise they took. Mom says, "I thought she had to work because of money? Why they splurge on a cruise if they were low on income?"

Umm - good point Mom

Tip, if you missed Clegg this AM, his little meltdown rant is worth looking up to watch. It gives a really good indication of how the def is feeling.

Thank for heads up will do - he grates on my last nerve. I was paying attention to how Clegg questioned his own witnesses and he did ratchet the tempo down a bit - but still annoying.

I find using the "rabbi" as extremely manipulative, like AS is. I hope she see's her cell soon. She deserves only that, not a million or 2 million. She deserves to be in a cell & I believe she will get what is coming to her based on all her actions. Karma is a *****, sometimes. But in this case; I hope the jury see's the evidence that the state has SO CLEARLY presented. It's not good for the defense at this point. Their case has been pointless so far afaiac and immho and all that.

I hv always believed her.

I'm kind of fascinated by Andrea's attorney to her right who seems very disinterested in her at best. Annoyed by her at worst.

It has entered my mind that this cruise was a set-up by AS because she knew HN's intentions. All for the show imo.

Alyssa Redmon up next. Another nanny.

Let me guess..... she didn't ever discuss any intimate details of Andrea's life with her.

I better give up on 'giving the silent treatment' it might land me in jail!

Mr/Ms Prosecution Attorney please ask what these nannies were being paid - since AS was worried about money - it is relevant.
