He is parsing every word, saying, for example, that this or that word was or wasn't used in interviews, the nature of a "pop kiss", and so on. He is being obtuse in picking apart every word. He avoids the whole picture painted. These are great to use on appeal. May or may not work...

Great point from the judge that they are going to see Hemy's e-mails. He can say it's insufficient, but that doesn't make it so.
