TH thinks the e-mails went over well for the def???
WHO is paying them?

I have learned a long time ago to just not listen to them. It is clear most of them have sold out their opinions a long time ago. They can't possibly believe that. Also, telling the defense lawyers to argue for the defense like defense lawyers, no matter how nonsensical. Still chuckle when I remember Nurmi in his closing basically quoting them word for word, and getting hammered on it because their assertions made no sense.

What difference will it make if the FBI called the wrong cell tower in his testimony about Hemy's phone in Colorado ?-- whether the tower is the one with the strongest power or the tower that has the most quality, Hemy's phone was in Colorado

FBI agents, technicians, scientists, etc. work on a salary. They don't get paid extra to testify at trials.

Private people, such as this man, certainly do get paid for their work and for their testimony.

As for this gentleman, he is trying to explain anomalies in cell phone tower functions. Thing is, if Hemy and Andrea were in the same town, their phones would both be performing the same search functions since they have company phones, in this case, Blackberries.

DH had to buy a new phone recently, because he was the only person left with a Blackberry and they have proprietary servers. The company switched servers and he "had" to get the latest Samsung Galaxy whatever. LOL! The company is very generous and he has unlimited everything and the company doesn't mind at all if it is used for personal business, web surfing, etc.
